Over rated and overly expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The location is good.
breakfast area is good.

Cons:

the unprofessionalism of the staff.
the uncleanliness.
there is no manager at this hotel according to the statement of the staff. so basically, you cannot refer to anyone except whoever is in front of you.
the furniture is old and the expendable bed in the room was broken and dangerous.

The view of the Bosphorus was amazing!

The only thing we didn't like was when we asked reception before leaving for the airport (we were leaving at 8 a.m.) to open the cafeteria for us, at least so we could have coffee. He said no, breakfast is after 8 a.m., and we won't even let you have coffee.

مكان الفندق غير جيد، وكذلك ضيق الغرف والفندق قديم جدا والقطط موجوده على الكراسي في اللوبي ومكان استراحة العملاء،، وطلبت ان تكون الغرفتين متجاورتين لاننا عائله وفوجئت ان الغرفتين مفصولتين وفي طابقين مختلفين ويقولون ان الخطأ من بوكينق وانا اطالب بالتعويض عن ذلك

Хорошая локация, но сервис и комфорт не соответствуют даже базовым ожиданиям. Не рекомендую.
Pros:

Плюсы: Отличная локация — это, пожалуй, главное достоинство отеля. Часть персонала вежлива и внимательна.

Cons:

При заселении нам выдали только один ключ-карту на семью. Когда я попросил второй — получил отказ. Только после того, как я упомянул, что оставлю отзыв на Booking, нам выдали второй ключ. Это неприемлемо.

Уборка номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Убирают небрежно, тапочки не меняют автоматически — каждый раз приходилось просить самому, хотя это базовый стандарт любого отеля.

Часть персонала общается с гостями грубо. Особенно неприятный случай — сотрудник housekeeping вошёл в номер без стука, хотя в комнате находились я, жена и ребёнок. Это полное нарушение privacy и элементарных норм.

Сам отель очень маленький и неуютный.
