Bit noisy in the evening due to the high traffic hot spring ok
Amazing Onsen experience. Location close to anything you’d want to do. We liked it here better than Tokyo
Hotel was located near Kyoto station which was convenient for travelling by train. It was on the more quiet side of Kyoto station and we had to walk over to the other side of the train lines to get more food options. Otherwise, a clean and good hotel.
The rooms are clean and spacious enough. You need to pay a tax when you check in whether you use the hot spring baths or not.
Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from major station. Staffs are friendly and there are washer and dryer available.
It is very convenient to walk around and close to nearby temple too.
The hotel is in a great location and has a hot spring bath. Some rooms even come with a private onsen. All the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean, and the toilet is separate from the shower. Getting around is easy since the hotel is close to Kyoto’s main bus terminal, train stations and many popular tourist spots. Lots of convenient stores and very close to shopping areas.
Overall a great hotel, all rounded good performance.
Perfect experience.
Beautiful room, and a great bar
It was definitely good, I gave a 4 star just because there was no gym and nearby gym. Overall the hotel is so good, spacious and really loved the onsen!
Nice hot springs near the station.
The hot spring is very clean. Location is 2 minutes walk to Kyoto station. The staff is very friendly. Especially the senior staff helped me to contact bus company to find back my backpack l forgot in the bus. This is Japan.
just a OK hotel. Not worth the price.
- Conveniently located w/in walking distance from Kyoto Station
- Excellent customer service throughout
- Memorable Japanese breakfast experience on 7th floor
- Clean hot spring onsen facilities on the 8th floor
Amazing service! Amazing hospitality!
Excellent staff. Close to station and eating areas. Love the onsen after a long day outside.
We really appreciated that house keeping took special care of my Daughter’s stuffed animals. That was very thoughtful. Lovely hotel, great location near Kyoto Station.
Such amazing staff and clean. Close to all and awesome bar. Wish I could of stayed a month.
A great place to stay if you are looking for a location within walking distance of Kyoto station. It offers very pleasant accommodations.
Our rooms were spotlessly clean and we liked that they included both Japanese and western style beds. They were a bit on the small side, not enough room for storing our suitcases etc. or unpacking.
There isn’t a restaurant on the property but plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.
All in all a great place to stay if you are looking to explore Kyoto.
