Vous proposez un tarif préférentiel pour le parking san augustin à 28 € vs 36 € sous conditions de se présenter au bureau n 17 à partir de 9h suivant le mail reçu de vos services la veille au soir pour recevoir une contre marque !Quelle surprise le lendemain matin … le bureau ne reçoit qu à partir de 10 h comme indiqué sur le panneau en lieu et place d un employé ! Nous avons donc payé 72 € de parking un geste commercial serait bienvenu

Lokalizacja jest dobra . Apartament sam w sobie dobry , kosmetki dobrej firmy , ale beznadziejna organizacja dostania się do samego lokalu .

Cons:

Przed wszystkim został podany zły kod do apartamentu . Kontakt z personelem telefoniczny bardzo zły ( pni w trakcie rozmowy rozłączała się) . Natomiast personel w recepcji budynku był miły i pomagał w problemie. . Apartamenty mają różne lokalizacje przez co dochodzi do niepotrzebnych nerwów , latanie z walizkami od ulicy do ulicy . Zakupiony apartament nie był tym który kupiłam miał inny adres . Jestem rozczarowana organizacją. Wejście do apartamentu zajęło mi 2 godziny .

Todo. La ubicación, magnífica, un edificio singular, techos altos, mármol. Todo super limpio y cómodo.Con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del apartamento: canas cómodas, maquina de café con cápsulas más que de sobra para toda la estancia, botella de agua, infusiones, galletitas...una terraza de 20 metros cuadrados

The room we were given was not the one shown or expected from the booking.

The room was also poorly cleaned. We found hair on the bathroom floor and next to the soap dispenser, and there were visible stains on the floor. Additionally, the shower did not even have a proper cabin or enclosure.

Because of the cleanliness issues and the mismatch between the booked and provided room, we decided not to stay and moved to another hotel.

The reception is located in a different building on the same street and we reported the issue later the same day. The receptionist was polite his explanation we received about the room difference was that guests only choose the type of apartment (e.g., single or double) and the actual apartment is assigned based on availability. He took notes but no one from the management contacted us afterwards.

Overall, this was disappointing, especially since the room quality and condition did not match our expectations from the listing.
