Location is great. Need to update the furniture particularly the sofa bed - worst sofa ever !

Location was great. cleanliness was good. electronic access worked.

Cons:

Wasn't really easy to find. We finally got a taxi that got us there. The sofa in the apartment was terrible! The cushions didn't fit right and it was impossible to sit on even with multiple attempts to fix it and was very uncomfortable. We never did figure out how to access the closest parking so parked elsewhere and took a taxi to the apartment. The handheld shower was not great. Windows don't have screens. Wasn't a problem for us but don't know if it might be at a different time of year.

We stayed at Palacio Lirio as Gran Via was damaged in the storm but we loved the apartment.
The location was great.
The apartment was lovely and very well decorated.

Il soggiorno è stato in generale molto positivo
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, pulizia della camera in ogni dettaglio, letti comodi, doccia comodissima e c'è anche il bidè!

Cons:

Non ci sono pentole, padelle, tegami o altro del genere, quindi non è possibile cucinare. Ci sono tazze, bicchieri, posate, caffè di scarsa qualità ma in compenso ci sono vari tipi di tè, tisane, cioccolata e biscottini

Cons:

A los baños les falta limpieza, tenía moho en algunas partes. La tapa del baño no es la que toca por lo que se mueve y no encaja y el aspecto en general no es muy bueno. El techo del rellano también tiene moho y está para reparar. Por el resto bien. Las camas cómodas, no está mal pero hay aspectos que arreglar y dan mala impresión.

2 nights in Granada; easy walking distance to many attractions
Pros:

great location; we had a bottle of wine gifted on arrival (which we happily drank after having trouble getting into the unit!); good size fridge; enough space

Cons:

Unfortunately we arrived after reception closed so had to use key codes. The one on the main door to access the building was very easy to use. We had some difficulty using key code on the door to our room which was not fun at the end of a long day of travel (had to wait 10 minutes to retry after setting an alarm off at midnight)

Nos olvidamos unos pendientes en la habitación y no ha habido manera de recuperarlos, tras más de 20 llamadas. No es una empresa profesional, encontrar algo de un huésped alojado ahi y quedarse con ello y decir que ellos no han visto nada y no saben nada.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Although the unit was advertised as having one large bed, it actually consisted of two beds pushed together. I recommend confirming the bedding arrangement before booking.
