old and bathroom need a masive upgrade

Avoid!

The place is ok in itself, the terrace very nice. But there is no food to order there. No drinks. There's a restaurant next door, they only serve fish, large beers and sodas. Closes at 9pm. No wine.

The staff are nice, but slow, bad English. Fex, we asked for water to drink, and had to pay 10 baht for warm water.

We moved on to the T Botique just down the road. So should you!

A very lovely resort on the beach nice pool, good breakfast friendly staff and lots of places to visit nearby

Very badly no chans to swim from shore . pool dirty Room bad cleaned and stuff lazy and try treat for get extra money because be foregainer

The hotel is not in Prachuap. 10 km from Prachuap without means of transport you can not do anything. No or little taxi service. Room uncleaned, or not at all the first night, garbage cans not emptied for example. But most of all they made us racketeering, they asked us to pay for a service not provided by forcing the taxi tuk tuk that we had ordered to leave to stay on site. We had to pay if we wanted to be on time at the mini van to return to Bangkok.Et

Hotel information was not clear, the map from Expedia was wrong. I am Thai can ask almost people while I was driving, but I still can't fine the hotel and no body know, got loss nearly 2 hours. I call the hotel did not reach them.

This is a small hotel comprising bungalows and apartments.we stayed in a bungalow and it was exceptionally clean. A good shower and bath plus a very comfortable bad. There is a small swimming pool overlooking the sea and a lovely patio again overlooking the sea. The hotel is a twenty minute walk from the centre of town but motorcycles can be hired from the hotel. There is a good range of restaurants and shops in the town. You only get breakfast in the hotel . It is good

First the map is incorrect as the hotel is directly on the beach. Address is misleading - it is not TabSakee it is Khlong Wan about 30km north..
Very good quiet air con. Shower is the BEST temperature control we’ve come across. Great non-slip tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast good with lots of freshly cooked eggs.
No nearby restaurants - had to walk 1/2 km along an unlit road for the nearest one.

A really nice place to relax. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with good a/c and really good WiFi. Nothing really to see around there. Good and very cheap food at the food market, outside 7-eleven. I recommend this place if you want time to reflect, read and mingle with the locals.

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell med både rum och bungalows alldeles vid stranden. Mycket vacker byggnad med en fräsch pool. Bra frukost men tyvärr ingen restaurang för lunch och middag.
Perfekt ställe för avkoppling.

Meget pent og ryddig ,, Nesten nye rom , Glem å bade på den stranda de sier de har, Men bassenget var fint og rent ,,Ikke engelsk talende der, Vanskelig å kommunisere med betjeningen Ingen mat å få her ,, må til (byen) Ellers greit ..

Great overnight stay while on the road in a fairly new nice small hotel which is in great condition. The town is small and quiet and just what is needed when on a 900 km two day drive home. Nicely located on the coast with beach access and a swimming pool, the Pearl by the Sea really lives up to its name.
