Very clean modern hotel in an amazing location, easy access to all main attractions in Tokyo.
It did get a bit loud at times in the night with the main road and trains right by the hotel.
View from the room window was nice and it felt less stuffy as you can open the window to some extent. Functionally the room is good, has the right stuffs, except there is no full kitchenate.
There should be a bigger room option for families instead of taking two rooms. Location is good, in terms of connectivity, except not all locations were convinient to access and some of the entrance/exit, closes at night so you have to walk more.
We really enjoyed how convenient the location was, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, which made getting around Tokyo and travelling to Haneda Airport very easy. Having stayed in Japan before, this area stood out as an excellent base thanks to its strong transport links across the city and direct airport access.
The shower pressure was excellent and made for a very comfortable stay. The room itself was great value for money, and small thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee in the reception area added to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a practical and well-priced option in a really useful part of Tokyo.
On the less positive side, the proximity to the JR lines does mean there is noticeable train noise, including from the nearby bridge, which continues through the night. We found it quite disruptive at times and needed to run the humidifier on a high setting to help mask the sound while sleeping.
The bedding was also not ideal. The duvet covers felt low quality and tended to slip off the bed easily, which made for a less comfortable sleep experience.
Housekeeping is quite limited, with full room cleaning and linen changes only provided after seven days. This felt infrequent compared with other hotels in Japan, although there is an option to pay extra for more regular servicing if required.
We were far from impressed by a situation shortly after check-in while in the lift, which we later realised was caused by an earthquake. At the time, we had no idea what had happened and assumed the lift was malfunctioning. The lift shook and the lights went out. Staff at the front desk quickly removed themselves from the area, prioritising their own safety, and there was no communication to guests during or immediately after, which was unsettling. In hindsight, clearer communication would have been reassuring.

Super ben collegata ai mezzi, e in posizione ottima per essere a metà strada tra la zona Shibuya/Shinjuku e Asakusa, ma anche super vicina a Ginza o l’area dello Tsukiji market. Stanze piccole, ma siamo riusciti ad entrarci con 2 valigie grandi (aperte sotto il letto), 2 trolley e 2 zaini. Prodotti ReFa (incredibile!!) per il bagno, ottima selezione di altri prodotti usa e getta disponibili in reception.
Nonostante fossimo all’ultimo piano, si sentiva comunque abbastanza il passaggio di treni/metro, ma per fortuna la frequenza diminuisce verso sera e smette in nottata. Tappi per le orecchie consigliati se avete il sonno leggero.

The location was great, breakfast has good selection and the washer dryer is the best part in this stay especially for long stay.
The cleanliness of the room was not so great. There’s dust in the ceiling and the pillows and the duvet sheet was not comfortable to use.
