Pros:

Lo mejor era la ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de Shimbasi, con muy buenas conexiones con casi todas las zonas de Tokyo.
La habitación no era muy grande, pero estaba bastante equipada con todo lo necesario, y el microondas y la lavadora/secadora nos vinieron estupendamente.
Un detalle la máquina de café y chocolate de la recepción, estaba incluso mejor que el café que te ponían en el desayuno.

Cons:

Al estar tan cerca de la estación el ruido de los trenes se oía muchísimo, a pesar de los tapones que te proporcionan en recepción.
Nos limpiaron la habitación un solo día de los siete que estuvimos.

Pros:

The location is perfect, and the staff is polite. The washing machine inside the room is also a good thing.

Cons:

The room was dirty, especially the walls, and it's cleaned only once a week, so keep that in mind. The room also faced the railway, so there was noticeable noise day and night. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which leaves you two options: turn it off or freeze.

Pros:

Location is amazing! Lots of places to eat for dinner and Ginza Shopping around the corner. It was very convenient having the complimentary luggage delivery service to the hotel from airport. The reception staff were very helpful in organising luggage transfer to our other hotel as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back and stay here if we visit Japan again.

Good value for central location, but basic. If you’re easily affect by sound pick other property

Good location, near the train station
Good restaurants around the hotel and walking distance to good highlights. Washing machine in the room nice bonus

Cons:

Train sound is notable (they literally provide earplugs). Didn’t effect sleeping.
Rooms are small (as expected)
Bed sheets are not good, they don’t even provide liners just leave a sheet on the used blanket, which was really annoying..
also “eco cleaning” which is also common was really annoying as they clean once a week. Again nothing too major

The location was amazing, good amenities, high quality breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, unlimited coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate, in the room there is a bathtub which was amazing after walking so much.

Cons:

The room was very small. We knew it's going to be small but it was even smaller than what we expected. The walls were dirty.
