very good location and cost
Pros:

spacious room, good value for money
staff are very helpful and can speak english
excellent location, train station is very close with easy access to anywhere you might want to go in tokyo
also walking distance to ginza for shopping

Pros:

The room had a washer/dryer and also a fridge and microwave. For a longer stay, these extras were very useful!
The hotel is located near Shimbashi Station, which has all the train lines you'll need to reach the tourist spots.

概ね良かったです。
Pros:

パンケーキメーカーは良かったです。焼きたての美味しさが抜群でした！これまで色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、機械での焼きたては初めての経験ですが、印象的でよかったです。ただ、一般的でないため、作り方がすぐには分からない点が残念です。

Cons:

部屋に紅茶パックはありましたが、コーヒーがなかったような気がしますが（うろ覚え）。可能なら、玄関ロビーに珈琲マシーンでもあると助かりますが・・・（希望）。

A fantastic stay!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, and well lit room. The bed is comfortable and we got a nice city view out of the window. Convenient location with lots of restaurants downstairs. I love the area where you can help yourself to toiletries and tea bags, and make your own coffee with hot water. The hotel staff was very helpful - they helped us to ship the luggage to Kyoto airport and follow up on details even after we checked out.

Cons:

- The room is tight but the bed is large.
- It was a short walk to the subway and a little bit longer walk to the shopping area. It was not bad at all except when it's freezing cold and our legs are sore lol.
- Many smaller restaurants surround the area but may require reservations on weekends and holidays.
- The feature of the washing machine is super convenient, except that I am not sure if I did it right. It took four, five hours to wash and dry, while we were trying to sleep.

None of these are really critiques but a heads-up for other travelers.
