Great area and hotel to stay at!
Pros:

Easily one of the best locations in Tokyo! 5 minute walk from Shimbashi station which connected easily to anywhere in Tokyo - walking distance to every food cuisine you could think of - extremely populated area

Cons:

room was extremely small even with website saying its was 15m2 - was squishy but it had a hot shower and clean linen!

Small and limitation house keeping facility
Pros:

Location absolutely over close to Shimbashi station. So many local restaurant open 24hour. Seven eleven store. And most important thing washing machine and table press iron and microwave inside the room. Make it a plus and a minus too

Cons:

As Tokyo hotel it used to be small space for 2 people 15m2. But we can tolerate that.
We didn't like cleaning minimal system for house keeping. They only change towel, and clean trash. No room vacuum, no bed make up cleaning. No linen change..
Not value for money I guess.

Very good location, a great base to explore Tokyo
Pros:

The location is great and it was very handy to have a washing machine in the room, and crockery/plates etc for eating in a couple of times. We used the trains a lot and were very close to two stations, including an early train on day of departure which took us all the way through to Narita Airport. . Also close to convenience stores, and good restaurants.

Cons:

Several things could have made this a more comfortable stay - more comfortable pillows, block-out window shades, and more drawer space to be able to unpack suitcase.

Convenient location and lots of good amenities.
Pros:

The location was good, very close to the train station. It was easy to get around with public transport. The room amenities were good, microwave, fridge, in room washing machine, pants press, in room safe. The hotel loaned out umbrellas for guests going out in the rain. There were lots of places to get food nearby. It was nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

Exercise facilities would have been a nice bonus, but were not an expectation.

I would book again in the future for the things I liked. If smelly bathroom is again, I will check with reception if ano
Pros:

Good size room, easy check in, English speaking at front desk, close to monorail, 7 eleven nearby, spacious bathroom, room as a safe/lock box, smart tv.

Cons:

Bathroom had a bad smell, I just had to run the air conditioner with bathroom door open to get rid of the smell.
My first full day there was pouring rain. The hotel ran out of umbrellas so I had to buy one. I would have expected the hotel would make sure that they have at least one umbrella per room and not allow guests to hog all the umbrellas leaving some guests without.

convenient but a tiny room. Not suitable if you have ski gear
Pros:

We only stayed overnight and left very early in the morning to connect with a flight

Cons:

I should have realised but the room was tiny. There was hardly any room for us, our 2 bags and 2 ski bags. We were falling over things. Tiny bedside tables
