Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé

Cons:

Hôtel très très simple, avec équipement minimum. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas , ni la porte , nous avons donc été obligé de bloquer la porte avec une serviette pour éviter la chaleur de rentrer ainsi que le bruit de la rue
La literie est très dur et pas confortable.
Pour le petit déjeuner ( très sommaire) il faut traverser la route et aller dans une ruelle (ce qui permet de déjeuner au calme )

Terrible, don’t recommend

Location. It was in the city center.

Cons:

The pictures here are outdated. This is not how the rooms look. Everything is very old, they claim to have a window in the room, but you end up having a room which is very small, no natural light and no window. When you complain and say : “why there isn’t a window as promised” , they just gonna say that there is one and point at the world’s smallest window that is facing the wall..
The bathroom was in a poor condition. The shower doesn’t work properly, if you lift it to wash your hair, the water just stops…this is just ridiculous. Don’t recommend staying here, too pricey and not worth at all.
P.S no elevator, not enough parking space for bikes.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

- Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

- Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eng
- Schimmel im Badezimmer und ein komischer Geruch
- Flecken an den Wänden und Flecken auf dem Bett
- Kein Lift und sehr enges Treppenhaus
- War sehr laut am Morgen, als sie das Treppenhaus gereinigt haben

War leider etwas enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich nicht. War in Vietnam bereits in gleich teueren oder sogar günstigeren Hotels, welche viel sauberer und besser waren.

Расположение, великолепное! Все очень близко, основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, на такси дольше, потому что всегда пробки. Шумно по ночам, пьяный народ с прогулочной улицы расползается по своим отелям ближе к утру, круглые сутки ездит транспорт, водители которого сигналят.

Cons:

В первые два дня не было горячей воды, в последний день утром не было никакой воды, ни горячей ни холодной.
Персонал на отсутствие горячей воды не отреагировал. При повторном обращении поднялась наверх, зашла в соседнюю комнату и вода чудесным образом появилась.
Завтраки на выбор три варианта, все с избытком имбиря.

Time at the Spotlight Hotel
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable with really nice coffee and breakfast, really well looked after with planned trips and transport.

Cons:

Not feeling very well restricted my mobility, with crossing roads and walking including at the airport terminals..difficult to find with another Spotlight Hotel close by, on the other side of the road. The Delta tour was very long and most limited time being caught in the traffic with less time at the temple and lunch.

Sehr gute, recht ruhige Lage in einer Seitengasse. Saubere, gut gepflegte Zimmer, sehr leckere Phở zum Frühstück, bequeme Betten, sehr gute Dusche, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Хороший персонал. Расположение не плохое в шаговой доступности основные достопримечательности . Для любителей ночных гулянок топ)

Старенький ремонт. Шум до часу ночи шумоизоляция плохая улицу слышно хорошо

Vị trí trung tâm, phòng tương đối sạch, thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên làm mình không thoải mái.

Không có thang máy, leo lầu cao mệt, nhân viên cũng không mấy thân thiện, nhân viên lớn tuổi, cảm giác cũng không cần khách việt nam , chủ yếu là khách vãng lai nước ngoài. Giá cả cũng tương đối.
