Café da manhã: 9 (bem variado e ótimas opções)
Localização: 9,5 (fica no centro das atrações, parques, rodoviária)
Atendimento: 9 (pontuo apenas a questão das placas no quarto, no meu não tinha, e quando perguntei na recepção informaram que só limparia o quarto se solicitado, mas não, limparam sem eu solicitar e como não tinha a plaquinha no quarto não deu para deixar: não limpar)
Quartos e infraestrutura: 9 (bem espaçoso, tem frigobar; apenas o ar-condicionado parecia estar falhando, pois desligava após um tempo). E piscina não é aquecida.

A localização é muito boa, café da manhã atende bem as necessidades. O chuveiro é bom. Cama boa. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpos e de boa qualidade. Limpeza no geral muito boa.

Na hora da reserva consta: "destaque da acomodação: Estacionamento Privativo, No local, Manobrista, Vaga de Estacionamento", no entanto não achei onde informava que o referido estacionamento era pago, com taxa de uso diário.

Localização e café da manhã. Tinha opções para quem tem restrição de lactose.

Cons:

Hotel aparentemente antigo, está precisando modernizar. Especialmente o piso do banheiro que apresentava danos. A iluminação precisa ser melhorada. O hall de elevadores estava com carpete mal instalado e era um ponto de tropeço. Poucos elevadores para a quantidade de pessoas utilizando. O apartamento é um pouco barulhento.
