Pros:

Odour in property, mould on balcony, broken dining table on balcony, rusty handle fridge freezer, downgraded fridge from image shown. Didn't appreciate being charged for electricity & not told till we arrived. Wouldn't book again

Pros:

The property is in a good area, it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. Great communication with staff in regards to checking in (arrived on Sunday, office is closed) but got our key on arrival. Massage across the road and nice bar/restaurant right outside apartments. Great price, great experience.

Pros:

ホテルに7泊しました。ビーチからは近く、食事をするところがたくさんありました！また、ホテルのスタッフは優しくとてもいい人たちでした。
しかし、掃除やタオル交換は3日に一回と言われ、実際滞在中に掃除は一度しかしてもらえませんでした…
タオルも毎日お金を払い交換してもらっていました。
きれい好きな方にはオススメしません。

For the price- excellent! Secure and clean! We traveled a lot from Bangkok to Phuket and for the price this hotel was great! Also it has great Thai restourant next o hotel where you can eat for 100-150 baht good Thai food. Beer is also cheap! Name of restourant- Audy..

Pros:

Nice quiet hotel between surin and bangtao beaches. Very remote - but walking distance to both beach areas. Not many options to eat around but Audy Restaurant (right I front of hotel) was great! With awesome staff ! Our room was beautiful - with full kitchen and amenities. Overall great hotel if you want something quiet.

Nice hotel in good location.
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay having had my own apartment in Bang Tao for many years. Easier access into pool needs to be looked into especially for older guests, at least two guests would have used it if they could only have managed to get into it!! Defiately value for money especially as breakfast was included.

Pros:

I wanted to try it out since my friends recommended it to me. This service apartment was a quiet place just within walking distance to Surin beach. They provide basic facilities but staff are not there for 24 hours. I checked in at 7.30 pm and the only person who "process" our check in was the security guard who couldn't speak english. Other than that, the check in process was fast.
Room was clean with almost everything needed for a short holiday. There is a little pantry where you can make hot meals, sofa and cable tv. The only thing is that the shower facilities is a little worn out. Other than that, its a great place to stay in.
