Friendly stafff.
In need of renovation.
The view was one of a kind. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly & professional.
.No parking on site. Made it difficult to travel and see the sights. On the days when the cruise ships came in it became overcrowded
Très bon emplacement face mer, personnel au top.
Ubicación
Un poco antiguo y sin opciones (no gimnasio o restaurantes).
Right on the beach!
Bed was a little hard for me.

Loved the location, the staff was super nice, the place was good. Wished the bathroom/shower had been cleaned a little deeper. The only real disappointment was the master bathroom in the suite doe snot have a wall, just a curtain and that should be disclosed when renting. Would totally stay there again, but not in the suite. Overall a good stay.
The master did not have a wall, just a curtain, and that wasn't acceptable for privacy, everything else was great-
Location
Hot water & AC (TV too- but priorities) went out- mgr’s solution: “your dad’s staying here too- go ask to use his shower/chill out in his room.” OR he offered to call my dad’s room to ask on my behalf”… I’m in my late 40s traveling with my hubs- full stop we’re NOT bothering my dad bc your hotel is broken! FIX that- MY dad is not the solution for your hotel issues & craptastic customer service . WTH?
Relatively little I’m afraid. We’d booked a penthouse with two bedrooms for four adults almost a year ago to be told on arrival it was out for maintenance. The previous day to arrival we’d received an email to check our ETA and when I mentioned why we weren’t told about the room at that time, it was because it had been taken out of service that morning. Unfortunately I didn’t believe this at the time and still don’t. We were instead given two double rooms (that weren’t available on booking.com a year earlier).
Our room was large with a lounge but SO dated. The windows to the sea didn’t shut properly so we used the (recommended for personal safety!) shutters all the time. The hotel (and I’ll come back to that) is front line but a pretty depressing building. The room needed a complete upgrade as felt old and depressing. From the bedroom there is a shuttered window to the stairwell that did nothing to block any noise from anyone passing by. The beds were rock hard and pillows similar. Bizarrely, I slept really well but put that down to a days travelling beforehand. And finally the hotel. It has no bar nor restaurant. It it basically a series of rooms / apartments with a small reception. I don’t understand how this can be called a hotel? The only reason I haven’t been more negative with the review is that the gentleman on reception was very helpful getting our bags to the taxi on our departure.
Didn’t get to stay
