Pros:

Helpful , friendly staff. The Bistro at the hotel. Comfortable beds. The free drinks in the room and one each free drinks and 10 percent off the food voucher.

Cons:

The flight of stairs to the room if you have mobility issues. However I did know about the stairs it’s just the I couldn’t refuse the fantastic deal that was on.

Pros:

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival - however, the staff made up for it with drink cards on arrival, a bottle of wine to apologise, and some free hot chips to enjoy in the bar while we waited. The staff were all incredibly friendly and apologetic for the mistake.

Cons:

We arrived at 2pm to check in, and the room hadn't been cleaned and set up yet, as the housekeeping staff was late. This was a little bit frustrating as we were running on a tight schedule to get to an event. The walls to the hallway are also a bit thin, so we woke up to screaming children in the morning which wasn't ideal.
