Clean rooms, easy access
The deposit of $200 and how it’s been 5 days and I haven’t gotten it yet , wait I lie . I received yesterday . But it’s still in pending and not available yet ! That really sucks ! Think it is a big let down
Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Nice warm water for shower and good heating. I had a lovely stay.
Couldn't access internet on the smart tv. Various errors amd connectiviy issies. It would've been nice to have signed in to a streaming service and enjoy a movie.
Economical, basic but very clean, great shower & all u need, door directly into the Bistro & great staff, special mention to the Scottish lass, accolades there!!
Nothing to dislike
There was a dynamo, petite, Asian staff member who sorted out a problem we had with the automatic lighting control system. She proved to be prompt & skillful. She used a smartphone app initially, with competence, but the problem was deeper than that and a move to a new room was expedited. When she happened upon us while we were dining that night she came over & sat with us to confirm that things were OK & we had no further issues. Whatever her salary is, she's worth more. The staff member who initially dealt with us on arrival (Scottish I think) was also worthy of special mention. Would stay there again if relevant. LeW

Bathroom was great, bed was comfy & room had everything we needed
Had to wait a little bit to check in. Arrived at 1.40pm & was told to come back at 2pm which I did & it still wasn't ready, so came back at 2.10pm and had to wait a further 10mins.
Very clean, comfortable and great meals
No clear signage inside to check in. Waiting for bar staff to be served.

Was a little pricey for a room with no views balcony
The location was central to where I needed to be and plenty of access to facilities.
My tv wifi did cut out about 9pm
Bathroom was set up for disabled access which is very good however shower went all over floor and had to use our given towels on floor to keep feet dry when using toilet. Only given 2 towels and one small floor mat
The room was very quiet, no noise from other guests or from the very busy restaurant next door. Got 2 free drinks vouchers and 10% off the meals.
Trouble finding the reception, not told to drop key off in drop box (but that was only minor) and the menu for room service wouldn't fully load up so I ended up going into the restaurant itself. These are very minor but it was a little confusing.
Check in was smooth, room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing shower!
We were in unit 1 so had the lights that were on the porch shining all night long
Church bells dinging from church acrossthe street, but that no fault of the accommodation
The airconditioner temperature was difficult to control.
The tavern is a corridor away from our room! and has the best staff and the food is reliably very good, everything is within walking distance ie shopping centre, BWS, etc

If we must leave a negative, the bed appeared to be too soft but we actually sleot quite well
Much prefered the old rooms apposed to the new ones which where very nice, clean and new but did not have any access to outside fresh air which is a must for me
The 200 deposit and the price for what you get.
Great location, next to the mall.
