Idiots smoking and it coming into my window.
Comfortable accommodation but your air-conditioned needs servicing and the air purifier needs servicing
Your workers starting at 6.30am the banging nose in the roof.
And your staff on our last night I asked about food and was told in the bar side it's ok and when I walked into the restaurant side to order to get my discount I was told I could not order but internet bar he is taking order for about 4 people and they wanted steak
Loved the location
There was no real place to sit and the bed was way too soft. My husband and I had no sleep due to continuously falling into each other throughout the night and the sheets were too thick causing sweating all night

The beds are very comfy. The first night I ordered room service from the Tavern and it was lovely. The second night I ordered room service and the food was average.
When I arrived and asked the staff member at the Tavern if this is where I come to check in, he said he didn't know? The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was stains on the blanket, the toilet wasn't cleaned or flushed upon arrival. There was ants everywhere!! (I have photos of this) This could be because the bathroom window is part flywire? In the morning, my entire sink was covered in ants. Although there is tea/coffee making facilities, there is no microwave or anything to wash cups or spoons, so I had to use a hand towel. People use the area outside room 7's window to smoke and it is scary.
