This might be one of my options for future stay if I get a room with a better view.
Pros:

The location and cleanness of the room. Easy parking.

Cons:

Our room view was to the backyard that was used to store stuff which was not pleasant. The water pressure was also extremely low. We could not communicate with the receptionist properly; seems to be language issues!

Immaculate facilities in a perfect location.
Pros:

Location was outstanding. Directly opposite beach, shops were a very short walk away. We had a beach view room with small balcony which had a small table and chairs.
No breakfast was available on site however there was a small kitchenette with toaster and kettle in the room and shops are just a short stroll away for bakery, cafes, etc. Room was immaculate with just a few marks on walls that might have washed off or need to be re-painted.

Cons:

This did not affect us but there is no lift for upstairs rooms access. Stairs are extremely shallow and a little dangerous for some.

Comfortable staying in Apollo Bay.
Pros:

We love the location and the value for money. It was a very comfortable room. Bed was comfortable and heating was very good and appreciated. Check in check out was an easy process.

Cons:

We thought the steps were too short. It was a set of stairs that you need to be very careful using.

Schönes und gemütliches Motel
Pros:

Gemütliches Motel mit kleinem Balkon, wo wir seitlichen Blick auf das Meer hatten. Gemütliches Bett. Sehr gute Lage. Man ist direkt in der Hauptstraße/Zentrum von Apollo Bay.
Parkplätze ebenfalls vorhanden. Konnten problemlos und ganz spontan sogar noch für eine Nacht verlängern.
