Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The air condition was not working the first room given, I called the front desk and complained about the room. They come to to check and give us another room for use. There's a lot of plugpoint nearby the bed. There's fridge provided as well. Basic amenities like toothbrush are provided. The bed is comfortable and water pressure are good. There is free parking provided at B1 and you can take the lift to go straight to the hotel. We moved to another room that is not facing the main road and it was pretty quiet.

Cons:

More lights at the basement parking because it's a bit dangerous for woman since it's quite dark there. The shower partition so that the water from the shower doesn't spill to the toiler area. It would great if the entrance lamp and toilet switch are separated since if we suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, the light will disturb other person who are with us.

Cons:

Run down facilities. Still decent but they could fix the cupboard, clean the fridge, wipe the wall clean. Minor stuff like that

Overall, a pleasant stay with cool lobby especially when weather is hot outside
Pros:

Surroundings-Location is good, near train station, next to Cowboy warehouse- interesting place to see. To have breakfast- more eating options when crossing busy road outside.
Interior- Would prefer if they provided a tissue box at the bed area. Bedroom area is big and has 3 charging ports. Pillows are rather soft, would prefer a more firm pillow. Do not need to boil water since water dispenser is provided at hotel room floor area. Shower pressure is good and it will be better if they included a shower curtain so water does not splash out and make whole toilet floor wet.
