Pros:

Environment was good and one mkhulu was friendly I don't know whether was the owner of the place.

nothing, I was underwhelmed

1. price excludes breakfast
2. passages smell of food from all the rooms because of the "self-catering" in an establishment not made with "self-catering" specs
3. would have expected a bar fridge if the establishment is self-catering
4. 1x iron and ironing board for the whole establishment was challenging
5. less hot water at peak times

My stay was great people are very nice oberall

I like that I was able to walk around the restaurant didn’t need to drive. I like seeing Hippos. Young gentle man was in front desk was very good helpful and well mannered

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed was uncomfortable. AC was not working. Stuff is loud at 6:30 am; they are loud talking. I couldn’t sleep in at all. Internet was not working so I couldn’t respond as much as I wanted to do.
