Pleasant.
Pros:

Close to everything. AC was a plus and pool was clean. Room was spotless except kitchen utensils

Cons:

Had to wash all kitchen utensils and pots on arrival because it was properly cleaned. Enforcement of the noise curfew was not strictly applied. Could add additional braais

Worst holiday ever!!!!!!!!!

It was within walking distance to the main st with all the activities and restaurants

Cons:

Other guests were extremely loud ( noise factor during the day was constant and above an acceptable level that could be tolerated) . They were drunk most of the time , they took over the pool and braai area so we couldn’t access it at all , the kids ran around screaming and naked, they partied until 3 . When approached by management which was at another hotel they quietened down whilst management was there and then continued. One vehicle had a reverse beeper which was incredibly loud. To block out the noise at night I had the air conditioner on full and had the sheet over my head which still didn’t help. We booked for 5 nights and left after 4. During the day we had to make a plan to stay away from the accommodation as it was not restful at all. Management should have kicked them out after the first transgression. It RUINED my entire Easter weekend

Very disappointing stay that was discussed with the GM.
Cons:

Unfortunately many things that didn't meet expectations. from cleanliness to blocked drains, lights not working, communal areas filthy. It was very disappointing especially for our guests. I honestly think that a representative from Booking.com should visit the lodge as the pictures on the site do NOT match with the lodge itself. very disappointing as the pictures are NOT what you see from reception, to pool, facilities, bar etc. Very disappointing. I have discussed this with management. Pos

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when I got to the property I had to go to a different location/place just to check in and then come back to the initial place. If I was told prior to the check in that I have to start at a different location it would have been better.
