Pros:

La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas,la televisión es Smarttv así que te daba la opción de meter tu cuenta para poder entretenerte!El agua de la ducha salía bastante caliente,la nevera y el aire funciona a la perfección!

Cons:

El desayuno a pesar de ser buffet no tenía bastante opciones a elegir lo vi un poco escaso desde mi punto de vista.....

Personnel au top . J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.
Pros:

Le personnel au top . Chambre propre, nettoyer tout les matins, confortable avec tout le nécessaire.

Cons:

Pas de chaise dans le balcon. Petit déjeuner très limité en sucré et le salé pas au goût européen, mais très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble .

Food & hospitality were great. The hotel must pay more attention to the maintenance & cleanliness.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and the room service was excellent. My parents (88 and 82 y.o) were happy with the food and the portion. The hospitality of the hotel staff was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel facilities went downhill compared with when we stayed in 2018.
We booked three rooms (for me and my husband, our kids and my parents). In my parents' bathroom, the shower tap was not working and there was a leak from the washbasin. The aircon in our kids' bedroom was not working. The bedsheet, the pillowcase and the curtain in our bedroom were dirty as if they hadn't been changed before we checked-in. There was also bad smell coming out of the drain.

Cons:

The staff were rude. I was having breakfast with my mom and my little brother. We were at the restaurant at 8:00 a.m. My mother wanted to have breakfast at 9:00 because it was too early for her, but my little brother needed her to feed him. The staff told us we couldn’t stay because it was the breakfast area. I explained that my mother only wanted to order tea à la carte, but the staff still insisted that she had to leave the restaurant.

Only the location close to restaurants and many other aminities.

Cons:

The room was very loud because motorbike and traffic noise came from right outside. Many of the facilities were old. The air conditioner was noisy when it turned on, and the water in the washbasin was leaking, so a lot of water was wasted..

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with just a few minor issues .
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the environment was nice , the food was delicious and the bed was super comfortable 👍🏻

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the kettle wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioner kept following the outdoor temperature, so it got quite warm after a while.
