Séjour très décevant, ne correspondant pas aux standards attendus ni à la description.
Pros:

Accueil correct à l’arrivée. Emplacement à Serre Chevalier (proche des activités)

Cons:

Odeur très désagréable dès l’entrée dans la chambre.
Miroir d’armoire cassé.
Chambre très sombre, non conforme à l’annonce.
Serviettes tachées, baignoire très sale (impossible de laver les enfants).
Beaucoup de poussière et toiles d’araignées (problématique pour un enfant allergique)
Wi-Fi non fonctionnel à notre étage.
Bruit important toute la nuit, sommeil impossible!
Petit-déjeuner inclus mais refusé par manque de confiance dans l’hygiène.

Cons:

Some of the common areas lighting (and bedroom entrance) was too bright and cold. For a more relaxing ambience changing these to warmer softer white would make a big difference to the feel of the hotel.

Good hotel, great location, a nice ski resort.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the hotel was well proportioned with the ski locker room on the first floor allowing access from the back. It's a good 8 min walk to the slopes though. Also some very good restaurants within a short walk.

Cons:

There's no parking and during the week we stayed all the car parks were super busy.

GREAT LOCATION!

Cons:

Bar rarely open. Shutters down. When we rang bell multiple times there was no answer. Not great if you wanted a nice chilled drink in the evening.

Un séjour parfait, dans un hôtel très agréable avec un excellent service.
Pros:

L’accueil a été très chaleureux, le personnel est à l’écoute et toujours sympathique.
L’établissement est très propre et agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, avec une très bonne qualité de nourriture.
On s’y sent vraiment bien, tout est fait pour le confort des clients.

Rien à signaler, tout était parfait.
