The Spa at the Hotel is excellent with very good staff and facilities. The masseuse was very good and the rates are reasonable too. the food was very good too
The rooms are nice and large but need more modernization
Breakfast was good but at the time of booking it was showing rates with breakfast but there I had to pay extra

The menu could have been better with more Indian dishes especially at the bar.

Arrived late night by flight, there was complimentary airport pickup. Stay was good. Room was clean but bit outdated room. Basic facilities

The location is very good and the fact that they drop us back to the airport is a big advantage, especially if you are catching an early morning flight
The maintenance and upkeep of the facility needs a little more attention. We have been staying at this place for the last several years and I am seeing a gradual decline in the maintenance.
Near to airport and quite pleasant place . Worry free transfer from airport even in midnight too.
I did not have a pleasant stay here.
Good towels were not provided, bathroom kept to be wet, bed was so jumpy and not comfortable at all. And the bathroom was a home of red ants.
Apart from this, there was some work going on the floor (drilling and hammering) which they continued even after 4 calls and ruined our precious sleep after a long journey.
