La posizione ottima a due passi dal centro storico
In camera c'è la moquette..tuttavia.le camere sono ampie .. c'è la vasca con doccia...

Pas de débit dans la douche, pas d’eau chaude avant 10 bonnes minutes. Pas de mini-bar à disposition. Le lit vraiment petit, même pour une seule personne.
La ubicación buenísima en el mismo centro y con conexión cercana por metro. La habitación triple superior es muy amplia. El personal muy amable y resolutivo
La moqueta. El baño también necesita una reforma, pero está bien mantenido

Great location in the historic centre of Brussels. The hotel is tired though and needs refurbished but despite that was still reasonably comfortable.
Room facilities were minimal. This is an old hotel that needs moderniised. No air-con. Clubs and bars nearby so was quite loud until 2am.

The location directly opposite the Bourse was wonderful; it was right in the heart of the old city, around the corner from the magnificent Grand Place, wonderful restaurants, and more chocolate shops than I thought could exist in one place. The room was comfortable, bright, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Die Lage des Hotels . Personal war freundlich jedoch die Kommunikation stellenweise schwierig.
Wir haben uns auf die Urlaubstage in Brüssel eigentlich gefreut jedoch haben die Fotos womit das Hotel hier Werbung macht nicht viel mit dem Hotel wie wir es erlebt haben zu tun. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der große Kronleuchter wo man den Eindruck bekommt es wäre das Foyer des Hotels ist eigentlich ein vergrößerter Ausschnitt des da nebenliegenden Restaurant was wohl dazu gehört. Hier steht auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gab es kein Mineralwasser man konnte es auch nicht extra bestellen. Hier werden wir nicht nochmal buchen

Room was pretty small, but is ok. Also there was an issue, around 6pm I was taking a nap and heard someone knocking at the door, then it was open by the staff (a guest won’t know in his own door and open it later, he/she just opens it). I was pretty quick to fully wake up and push the door, no idea why this happened.
La ubicación del hotel es espectacular, super centrico. El personal fue muy amable al atendernos y darnos indicaciones. La habitación grande y cómoda. Buena limpieza. La verdad super recomendable.
Se escucha un poco de ruido al estar en pleno centro, pero no es grave.
