Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We stayed for a week for a family holiday and we loved everything. The pool is amazing, the room was perfect for us. We had half board and we enjoyed the dinner. We'll come back.

Cons:

Maybe a bit of variety at dinner, although we enjoyed and we ate every day. Maybe some variety would be great, like some different pasta for kids and kids menu as well.

Pros:

We needed somewhere to stay on our first night in Lanzarote and Hotel Floresta was perfect. The room was large and everything worked, including the air conditioning. It was spotlessly clean as well. Breakfast had so much variety and we went at a busy time so it was organised chaos, the staff were amazing.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard but that's down to preference

Pros:

El trato del personal, tanto de la recepción como de los profesionales del comedor ha sido magnífico. Mi agradecimiento para ellos.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida en el bufet de la cena me parecía de una calidad regular, el bufet muy adaptado para ingleses que es la mayor parte de la población que hay en el hotel.
Los horarios de la limpieza de las habitaciones me parecen muy largos, durante 2 días al regresar de las excursiones a las 16.30h de la tarde la habitación estaba sin hacer.

Po zotmení vyliezajú a derú sa do interiérov

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect. The apartments are very spacious and the swimming pools are great! Breakfast is algo great with a lot of different options!

Staff e pulizia ad altissimo livello!
Pros:

Le piscine sono molto belle, la pulizia era impeccabile, lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile, il ristorante era davvero gustoso a parere nostro riscontra il gusto di tutte le nazionalità, posizione apprezzata per chi cerca il mare con la sabbia data la vicinanza alla spiaggia los pocillos con sdraio e ombrellone a 10€ per la giornata, e una bellissima passeggiata sul lungo mare davvero suggestiva, tutto l’occorrente a distanza di pochi metri! Complimenti particolare allo staff delle pulizie!
