Vacances familiales
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé et calme. Hotel bien arboré et entretenu. Personnel aimablequi parle un peu français.
Grande piscine et nombreux transats.
Le Spar en face est idéal pour les demi pension.
Grand choix de nourriture.

Cons:

Pas de parking privé.
Des parasols supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.

Pros:

La ubicación está genial, para moverse por la isla, si no te quieres mover algún día, la playa más cercana q es Los Pocillos está muy bien y el hotel merece la pena, la limpieza de 10, la comida está bien y mencionar a la persona de recepción Sara, en todo momento fue muy amable.
Por la noche se queda muy tranquilo

Cons:

Un poco el tema de horarios de la comida, al final está orientado a los extranjeros q son los q más hay.

Great location with lots of bars & restaurants close by. Great stay overall, the apartments were very clean, beds were a little hard which kept me awake. Food and drinks was okay

Una y no más!
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, estás en medio de la Isla, así te posibilita bastante en tiempo poder ver tanto el norte o el sur según elijas ruta en el día.

Cons:

✅ El personal no es nada amable, se dedican a hacer su trabajo y poca interacción.
✅ La limpieza es súper escasa. No huele mal, pero se notan huellas en muebles y puertas de antiguos inquilinos e incluso pelos en azulejos del baño. La higiene diaria sólo está enfocada en hacer camas, cambio de toallas y limpieza de WC. Nada de suelo ( la arena de días anteriores se va acumulando en la habitación). La chica de la limpieza es amable, pero su mandato así la hace trabajar.
✅ Si te gusta la comida enfocada al turismo extranjero, es tu lugar. Sin embargo si vas buscando comida mediterránea, es bastante limitada y sin variedad alguna. Además la calidad es mínima. En nuestra estancia incluso nos saltamos días de desayuno aún habiéndolo pagado porque no nos gustó nada
✅ Mobiliario antiquísimo, nada de inversión
✅ Relación calidad precio no acorde. Caro para lo poco que ofrece.
✅ Sin duda alguna ni lo recomendaré ni volveré a repetir en este hotel.
✅ Recomendación: Invierta más en limpieza, calidad y variedad en la comida que ofrecéis, renovación de mobiliario ( se quedó anclado en los años 80 ) y motive a su personal ( se les nota que necesitan motivación para trabajar con gusto ).

Pros:

Une chambre spacieuse avec salon séparé, une petite terrasse agréable, très bonne localisation pour rayonner sur l'île, proche de la plage, du personnel efficace, un buffet varié, des animations tous les soirs pour la famille.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien mais honnêtement avec les courants d'air c'était vivable! Les oreillers n'étaient pas à notre goût, trop plats.

Una vacanza stupenda
Pros:

La struttura, lo staff, i servizi, le camere...tutto perfetto! Dal vivo ancora meglio che nelle foto. Il cibo varia tutti i giorni e si ha la possibilità di scegliere quello che piu si preferisce, ma sempre tutto buono e fresco!

Very pleasant hotel and location, easy access to the beach and walks.
Pros:

The overall layout of the hotel was over a large footprint wth good facilities. Close to the beach and restaurants etc.
The staff were also very engaging and helpful

Cons:

The unit we were staying in was showing signs of aging and in need of some refurbishment.

El trato personal de Sara, la recepcionista, es majisima,muy profiesonal y súper atenta. La ubicación es buenísima y las instalaciones muy bien. Mis felicitaciones a las personas que trabajan allí por que lo tienen todo perfecto: limpeza de hotel y habitaciones genial,personal de comedor excelente. Volveremos y será al Floresta

Excelentes instalaciones, entorno y profesionales.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias, el personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. Damos las gracias a Sara , la recepcionista, que destaca por su profesionalidad, empatía y que en todo momento nos ayudó.

Pros:

Patiko lokacija. Šalia promenada. Yra kur vakare pavaikščioti.
Ypatingas kambarių tvarkymas. Tvarkytojos ne tik šluojo kambarius, bet ir plovė turėklus, langus, keitė patalynę viduryje viešnagės.
Maistas buvo labai skanus, vakare įvairus. Buvo ir paelijos, ir midijų, ir krevečių. Kiekvieną vakarą galima buvo rasti ne tik įprasto skanaus maisto, bet ir kažko ypatingesnio.
Baseinai trys.
Aplink skraidė papūgos, vaikai jas kasdien maitino. Tai buvo jiems atrakcija.

Cons:

Lova šiek tiek kietoka. Bet miegoti buvo gan gerai.
Ir nepatiko truputį tas, kad žmonės nuo pat ryto užimdavo gultus, dėdami rankšluosčius ant gultų, nors ateidavo tik per pietus prie baseino. Bet čia jau žmonių kaltė, ne viešbučio.
