Great hotel, great location, great staff
Pros:

We were a family of 5. With kids of 13,11,7. The two bedroom apartment was perfect, in a great location, close to heated pools, and play areas for kids.
Breakfast was fab
So close to the beach, spar shop across the rd and bus stop across rd, getting buses to arrecife, Costa teguise, Peurto del Carmen
161 bus from airport to hotel
03 bus goes from Costa teguise to Puerto del Carmen
Lots of different restaurants to choose from in close proximity

Cons:

Something really tiny, that they didn't have washing up liquid and cloths
But house cleaning service every day, so really can't complain

insgesamt haben wir uns gut erholt.
Pros:

schönes Apartment mit viel Platz. Es lag ruhig, weit hinten, in zugiger Lage. Das Frühstücksbüfett war reichhaltig und gut. Cafe schmeckte sehr gut. Abendessen war in Ordnung. Es wurde täglich geputzt, mal mehr oder auch nur wenig. Betten waren gut, wenn auch Matrazze etwas hart. Kissen waren schon sehr verbraucht und knubbelig vom Waschen.

Cons:

Die Geräuschkulisse im Essensraum war extrem laut. Wir waren jedesmal froh, den Raum wieder zu verlassen. Die Tische stehen auch sehr eng beieinander.

Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut.
Die Poolanlage war sehr schön.
Die Größe des Apartments hat uns gut gefallen.
Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.
Herd einfach zu bedienen.
Kühlschrank hat gut gekühlt.
Deutsches Fernsehen.
Ein uns Auschecken war unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung war miserabel. Kein Sieb um Nudeln, Kartoffeln abzuschütten. Keine Schüsseln. Kein Pfannenwender und Schneebesen vorhanden.
Kein richtiges Gefrierfach.
Die Backwaren beim Frühstück waren nicht knusprig, musste alles toasten. Auswahl war reichhaltig und in Ordnung.
Geräuschkulisse im Frühstücksaal war laut.
Parkplätze waren vor dem Hotel immer belegt als wir kamen und mussten anderweitig suchen.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado
Pros:

O Hotel atende às expectativas. Apesar do mobiliário simples, o quarto possui todas as comodidades necessárias e estava bem limpo. A cama é muito confortável. Localização excelente em Puerto del Carmen, facilitando a locomoção para todos os principais pontos da ilha. O quarto em que ficamos era no último andar e achamos bem silencioso.

Cons:

O estacionamento fica fora do hotel e é de uso público, além de ser bem pequeno. É muito difícil conseguir uma vaga e diversas vezes tivemos que estacionar bem longe e caminhar até o hotel. O café da manhã era variado, mas as opções de frutas frescas deixam a desejar.

CÓMODO E INCREÍBLE
Pros:

Nos recibieron súper bien, la habitación con vistas increíbles a la piscina, limpia, cómoda, las instalaciones en general muy cómodas, la comida increíble también, bastante variada, muy buen servicio del personal. NOS HA ENCANTADO, volveremos seguro.

Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals. Die Weitläufigkeit und Sauberkeit der Anlage. Die Lage der Unterkunft zum Strand, den Restaurants und zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück.

Das Personal für die Reinigung und deren Art und teilweise auch deren Arbeit.

Should have been much better
Pros:

Our flat in the new wing was good and spacious although the view of the car park was uninspiring to say the least

Cons:

The restaurant looked awful like a school dinner room just simple tables and chairs all too close together and no style or privacy.
cold Starters and Puds were good but main courses were dire. Chips and fish courses were soggy, meats were served in unappealing brown sauce, white wine was awful as was coffee in the morning.
Service was verging on rude by some staff although not all.
