Cons:

If I had to be picky I would say the settee could be replaced it was a bit uncomfortable and tired looking.

Great location with a lovely vibe
Pros:

Lovely location near a nice beach and a promenade, shops nearby, options for cooking in the apartment were appreciated.
The hotel has a large enchanting garden with lots of parrots on the palms.
Rooms are simple but practical.
Many staff members very extremely helpful and nice such as Martin at the reception, friendly Alison and Johann for entertainment and Pablo and Ayoub in the restaurant area.
Good facilities for families with children from 3 years old including a playground, a miniclub and a minidisco suitable for app. 4 to 8 years old.
Plentiful parking for our rental car as Lanzarote is too amazing to stay in the resort:)
The hotel is huge but relatively easy to navigate.
Guests are predominantly from the UK and Germany, the atmosphere is calm and friendly.
Amazing location for our road trips, app. 35 minutes to the north, 30 mins to Playa Blanca and 35 minutes to Timanfaya and the west coast.
The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay. Great fruit though, especially the oranges and kiwis. I recommend trying local tapas around Lanzarote.
The local beach has a very inviting and calm vibe, great for sandcastles, seeing fish and jumping in the waves. The water was clear and refreshing and there is a cute playground on the beach.

Cons:

The shallow pool for little children was quite cold and should be warmer than 24 degrees. There was only slight difference in temperature between the adult pool and kids pool. ( half a Celsius)
In general, I would recommend the hotel for families with children over 3 years but we made it work with our one year old as well.
No fresh juices available, it would be nice to have a machine for fresh orange juice or even pay for it during breakfast/dinner.
It was little surprising to pay for water during dinner but we did not mind.

Pros:

Pan na recepcii mily, ochotný. Hotel je v blizkosti pláže. Aj v blízkosti obchodov, restaurácii.

Cons:

Boli sme iba na jednu noc, nakolko sme mali odlet skoro rano, tak sme chceli byt v blizkosti letiska. Areal hotela je na môj vkus velmi velký, ako také bludisko. Nam dali apartman uplne na konci, co prenasat kufre, tasky bolo dost narocne a potom zas skoro rano cez cely areal. Ale to by az tak nevadilo. Zariadenie je uz starsie, v nasej bol gauc, dost rozpadnuty, vraveli sme si, no ked sem pridu 4 ludia a budu musiet spat na tom gauci, to musi byt masaker. Najviac ma dojal švab v spalni. Potom sme videli vecer v areali tolko švabov, ze som bola stastná, ze uz ideme odtial prec. Inak areal, bazen sa nam zdal cisty. Vyskusali sme aj veceru. Jedalen sa mi zdala mala, na tak velky areal. Jedlo bolo v celku chutne. Ale necakajte nic exkluzivne, taka lepsia vývarovňa.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, zaraz obok sklep SPAR, plaża, przystanek autobusowy. Miła, pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór wszystkiego. Przestronny, czysty apartament.

Cons:

Pokoje z tarasami bezpośrednio przy basenie nie zapewniają prywatności, pełnego komfortu. Bardzo zatłoczony basen i brak wolnych leżaków od rana.

High quality for less
Pros:

Incredible value for money. We had an excellent stay, all the facilities were up to standard. We opted for the all inclusive package and beer/wine/house spirits were all included. Would highly recomend, the room was perfect for 5 of us and couldnt ask for a better location. It is close-ish to the airport which is useful for taxis etc and we had no issues with noise. Great for families, don't get any of the riff raff here you get in some hotels. As someone who works in water treatment I am always concerned about hotel pools but the pool here was very clean.

Cons:

Not much really, the food was buffet style and wasn't incredible but perfectly edible.
