Very enjoyable stay. Floresta met all our needs .
Pros:

We were welcomed by very pleasant staff member. Accommodation was in a quiet part of the complex , which we appreciated a lot. The rooms were spotless & daily housekeeping was top standard. Very pleasant staff throughout the complex. Enjoyed breakfast each morning with enough to choose from . We varied from cooked food to continental menu.
The quality of the food & drinks was excellent.
Had access to a smaller pool near our accommodation which was just perfect.
Access to beach , promenade and lovely restaurants was so near . Will choose Floresta if we plan to revisit Lanzarote.

Très bien situé, et tr!s bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Emplacent top: à 10min de l'aéroport, et 5 minutes à pied d'une plage.
Grande piscine d'eau salée, chauffée.
Logement (appartement) propre, calme et climatisé.
Une petite salle de jeux pour les enfants avec table de ping pong.
Buffet variée et souvent réapprovisionné, personnel présent.

Cons:

Le fond de la piscine mériterait une bonne rénovation. Mais rien de gênant: très agréable !

Pros:

Pros:

Reception staff very efficient, the whole area was very well maintained, large airy room and spotless. Food very good with plenty of choices.

Cons:

As our mobility not great struggled a little with baggage. In hindsight should have requested a ground floor room. Will know for next trip, would book again if we return to Lanzarote

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, very good location, staff very friendly and helpful. We were there with a group of friends and without asking our apartment was upgraded from 2 Bedroom to 3 bedroom. That was a really nice surprise for us. The hotel is very clean.
