Csodás környezet, kényelmes szobák, finom reggeli.
Pros:

Finom a reggeli, kedves a személyzet. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A környezet csodás. A medence meleg időben szuper program lehetőség. A bowlingozást is élveztük.

Schlechte Kommunikation
Keine Klimaanlage im normalen Zimmer und nicht einmal ein Tischventilator oä wird zur Verfügung gestellt
Essen wirklich schlecht
Frühstücksbuffet am Sonntag mit wirklich altem Gebäck, am Montag besser aber zu wenig (es gab gefühlt 2 Croissants für alle Gäste, dann besser gar keine)

Pros:

Das Jufa liegt direkt neben einem Freibad, aus diesem Grund ist es natürlich im Sommer hervorragend hier seine Zeit zu verbringen.

Cons:

Leider ist die Nacht ohne Klimaanlage nur sehr mühselig auszuhalten. Ich hoffe, Klimaanlagen werden in den nächsten Monaten installiert.

Einfach wunderbar
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung des Zimmers - ich hatte Zimmer 506 und es war sogar eine Infrarotkammer dabei, die herzliche Art von Mitarbeitern Csilla, die Sauberkeit und die Anlage selbst

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing for several reasons.
Although we had called the hotel earlier that same week, we were not informed that a large private party would be taking place on the hotel grounds during our stay. The music was extremely loud and continued well into the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. What made this particularly frustrating was that there seemed to be no way to reach anyone at the hotel during the night to address the issue.
The next morning, we arrived for breakfast at around 9:30, with another full hour of the regular breakfast hours remaining. Nevertheless, the buffet was already largely empty and did not appear to be properly restocked, which was particularly disappointing after an already sleepless night.
While the room itself was clean, it looked quite different from the photos online. The pictures gave the impression of modern, renovated rooms, whereas our room felt noticeably older and rather dated.
In the morning, children were running around and screaming, which woke us up again. Of course, we understand that this is a family hotel and that some noise from children is to be expected. Under normal circumstances, this would have been perfectly acceptable, but after barely being able to sleep due to the loud party the night before, it added to an already frustrating experience.
Another major issue was transportation. Before our stay, I specifically called the hotel to ask whether taxis would be available for a short 10-minute journey, and we were reassured that this would not be a problem. In reality, however, there were no taxis available at all. We contacted several taxi companies, but none were willing or able to take us, leaving us with no choice but to drive ourselves.
Overall, the cleanliness of the room was a positive, but unfortunately the lack of communication regarding the party, the severe nighttime noise, the disappointing breakfast, the discrepancy between the room and the photos, and the incorrec
