Bien lugar limpio, cómodo, equipado en buenas condiciones a parte muchos restaurantes y tiendas a la mano excelente ubicación

Solo una observación la habitación 302 no le funciona la llave de la regadera del agua fría está barrida y no sale agua de todo lo demás excelente hotel

Buen. Lugar para descansar , solo falta unas TV para tener un poco de entretenimiento

La mejor ubicación a media cuadra del Angel.
Es un departamento con 2 cuartos separados y un baño con cocina y sala

Great hotel able to walk around

Our family was relocated here after a leak at our original hotel, and while the experience had its ups and downs, there were definitely some bright spots.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a stressful situation a little easier to manage. From the moment we arrived, they were helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated their friendliness throughout.

However, a few concerns made our visit more challenging than expected. One of the most difficult moments came early on when my wife and daughter got stuck in the elevator. Thankfully, they were able to get out safely, but it was a traumatic experience that left both of our children afraid to use the elevator for the rest of our stay. As a result, we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs multiple times a day for five days, which became exhausting, especially with young kids.

The location is convenient, but there was construction happening next door as apartments were being built. On one night in particular, the noise didn’t stop until after midnight—we could hear drilling, shouting, and loud instructions being called between workers, which made it very difficult to get rest.

Another issue was the presence of mold in the bathroom, both on the shower tiles and the wall. It was noticeable and concerning. I didnt want to spend 3 hrs with expedia about another relocation.

Overall, while we were grateful for the staff’s kindness and the convenient location.

La ubicación está súper, el que tenga estacionamiento es un plus. Estuvimos muy cómodos, cocina bien equipada. Regresaríamos aquí

Todo muy bien, mas que la 2da cama chica muy incomoda

No tenía plancha , deje unas bebidas en el refrigerador y me salí un par de horas , regresé por ellas y desaparecieron , solo me pidieron disculpas , no hay honestidad , la televisión se veía muy mal , creo que el precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen

Excelente suite para descansar, limpieza y comodidad de diez, la atención de su personal excelente en todo los sentidos, lo recomiendo ampliamente
