사우나. 무료이용이 좋았어요 수영은 추워서 조금만했구요
1층 직원분들 너무 친절해서 좋았어요
디너이용시 중식이 맛있었고 광어 두점씩올려져있던 광어회 맛있어요 전복죽도맛났어요

Cons:

디너이용시 연어초밥을 먹었는데 초밥겉에가 메말라서 거칠더라구요 만들어놓은지 시간이 꽤지난느낌이었어요
대게도 너무 쪄서 수분이 날아간 느낌이 별루였어요
참치회는 무순이랑 김.참기름장이 없어서 비려서 못먹었고 삼치초밥도 별로였어요.
아리아맛있다고해서 기대했는데 글쎄요....기대이하였고요

없습니다 (다만 룸서비스시 직원들이 객실 들어올때 신발 벗고 들어오던데 굳이 그렇게까지 할 필요가 있을까 싶네요 어떤 이유가 있나요? )

욕조에 있는 물을 틀으면 욕조 밖으로 물이 다 샘
수건도 얼룩이 있었음
키즈클럽 프로그램 신청했는데 아침 8시반부터 방으로 확인 전화를 해서 아이들이 모두 깸
아이 용품을 3개밖에 빌릴수 없다고 함

시설도 좋고 방도 정말 넓었습니다. 침대도 넓고 편안하고 애들도 정말 좋아했어요. 키즈 프로그램도 많고 키카 이용도 좋았구요. 조식 룸서비스로 매일 먹었는데 전복죽, 불고기 모두 맛있었습니다. 루프탑에 스타벅스 생겼습니다.

루프탑 스타벅스 뷰가 정말 좋은데 자리가 없어서 테이크아웃만 해서 아쉬웠어요.

Lovely place, would recommend.
Pros:

Upscale property, really nice. Was helpful to have a CU on location. Need to drive or have a driver to stay at the location though. There were nearby restaurants and another 7-11 just 3-5mins drive away.

We had a room which had a massive balcony which was really nice. Room and facilities excellent.

Staff are fluent in English which may not be the case in every hotel establishment (we stayed at a diff chain in Seoul and could see big difference to staff quality. Grand Josun staff are trained v well).

I also really appreciate the massage chair in the living room of our unit. What an awesome addition. Really helped us to relax in the evening with the massages

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was expensive at KRW70,000 (as guests you’d pay KRW63,000 per person). We stayed 4 nights and I thought total cost of breakfast to be 35% of cost for entire stay was too much, not value for money.

This is something more minor but I’d suggest the hotel provide detergent for free for the laundry. I got used to not needing to bring detergent as many hotels around the world offer it as complimentary and had to buy from CU. Unfortunately CU doesn’t sell detergent so I had to resort to using body wash as detergent for day 1. Then finally drove to Daiso to buy capsule detergent another day. One can buy from the pool counter reception which was on same floor as laundry room but that counter is closed early. If the hotel feels they don’t want to provide laundry as complimentary then I suggest some vending service to allow guests to buy directly and not be limited to buying from a counter since we could only do laundry when machines are available. 3 washers and 3 dryers for that large a property aren’t enough.
