1樓有便利商店，頂樓有星巴克。環境很漂亮乾淨，親子友善，飯店很適合有小孩的家庭來渡假，有機會會再選擇這家飯店

5살 아이를 쿠킹클래스에 보내놓고 3분 정도 늦게 갔더니 아이 혼자 쿠키를 들고 엘리베이터 앞에서 마주쳤습니다.
키즈클럽이 11시에 오픈인건 알지만 혹여나 늦을 경우엔 키즈클럽내에서 대기할 수 있게 개선해주시면 좋을듯합니다.
클래스 자체는 소규모로 진행되어 편하고 즐거웠습니다.

Although we liked our time there, we would choose somewhere more central next time.
Pros:

We enjoyed our time at Grand Josun Jeju, mainly due to the exceptional staff and clean facilities. The staff were wonderful- very polite and attentive.
The pool was nice and heated in April. We wished there was a slide or another play thing for the babies though. It was good that toddler and kids life jackets were provided. The kids club was great for our children too. The art and cooking classes were especially enjoyed by our 7-year old.
We made use of the baby cot (even for our tall 18-month old!) and the big bath as well as the walk-in shower.

Cons:

We were impressed with the breakfast buffet, although agree with many other guests that it’s much too expensive. If the price was lower, we would have gone more often. The location means there are not many restaurants nearby, although delivery is ok if you have the ability to use the apps.

Seeing as we stayed in a family room, some things were overlooked. Such as the fact the house keeping had left a wine bottle and glasses on a low table- luckily our toddler didn’t break them!

Lastly, the wifi was very weak. It really needs to be improved for this level of hotel.

Property is very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Even though we stayed for 3 nights, they were unable to honour 2 hr extra time which I have requested for check out. We asked for a check out at 1pm instead of of the 11am. Their check in time is 3pm, so they would still have 2 hours to make up the room for the next guest. I have requested as I was travelling with my child and our flight was much later in the evening. Even though I have requested 3 to 4 times, they were adamant i have to check out at 11 and didn't even offer any alternative. And one more thing, the staff at the front desk also won't speak much English. This property is very far from the airport, if you intend explore the entire island, i higly reccoment to rent a self drive car, which we have done.

방이 넓고, 육아용품을 잘 빌려주고, 가족끼리 지내기에 괜찮았다. 수영장과 사우나도 이용하기 괜찮았고, 객실 화장실 수압이 높아서 아주 좋았다. 세탁기과 건조기가 잘 구비돼 아기 및 우리 옷을 빨고 말릴 수 있는 점이 최고였다.

Cons:

다른 방의 소음이 조금 들려온 점이 아쉽다. 걸어서 나갈 수 있는 곳이 없는데, 호텔 내부 식당 옵션은 적어서 아쉬웠다. 특히, 호텔 조식은 가격 만큼의 퀄리티였는지는 의문이다.
