Amazing service The owner helped out so much nothing was a problem

I don’t complain easily but I was disappointed what they had to offer. The room decore is bit depressing. The key did not work very well, first i could not open it by myself, then the male owner saw that I had difficulties to open the door. It worked in the end, just need a lot of force and nerves. The guy said, will change the lock tomorrow, didn’t happen or the next day, possibly someone currently is now struggling with the door, good luck. There’s a mosque close to the Guesthouse, they will make sure that you wake up at 5 am or the roosters, if you are in a very deep sleep, together they will make sure it is time to wake up. I don’t suggest this place to stay, use more currency to level up or find some other choice. The lady owner was polite.

Hôtel décevant vu le prix. De plus, les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité et ils demandent une caution de 500 baths mais au vue de la chambre, cette caution n'a même pas lieu d'être. L'hôtel est dans une petite ruelle, entourée de chats (qui rentrent même dans l'hôtel). Les draps et les serviettes étaient plein de traces jaunes... Je déconseille même si le personnel était sympathique.

On arrival hotel staff were very friendly but us comfortable. Hotel is a way out from the local bus but very quiet. Room was clean and staff showed us all the facilities. The only issues were the noises at night. The ac was very loud so had to alternate between on and off. And constant strange noises coming from the corridor at night but no one around. Other than that was happy to stay here. Amazing value for money. Would stay again

Un bon guesthouse, la chambre est simple, mais très adéquate et très grande. Il est un peu en retrait de l'action, donc assez tranquille, mais à seulement 10 minutes de marche de tous les bars et restos.

The stuff was nice. This is a ok place to stay.

Nice and clean room and 10 mins walk to the beach! Many nice food stalls outside and the staff are very friendly. However the place can be a little bit hard to find first as it is inside the alley way and there’s no lifts so if you stayed up in the 4th and 5th level you will have to carry your heavy luggage but overall it is a very pleasant stay!

Helped us along with many things, great place to stay

This was my first stay in Phuket. I was pleased that we were within walking distance of the main action that Patong offers, yet far enough away to not be bothered by its busy-ness. I was very grateful for G&B Guesthouse's quiet location, tucked away from the main street. There were still plenty of food outlets, convenience stores, fruit and veggie shops, art galleries etc nearby, including the famous No.9 restaurant (if you want to wait in line because of the Lonely Planet's write-ups).

Another great thing is if you have a late flight like we did (departed at 2145) they also gladly looked after our bags during the day so that we could spend it at the beach, and then provide a shower and clean towels afterwards. Awesome!

The lady at the reception was very kind n helpful. Her brother is a awesome guy. He took me to many places in his green car. He gave me info about the place as well. Plz do visit these guys.

Very nice guesthouse with spacious rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Only negative is it does not have lift. I had taken fan room and was given a top floor room, the room had table fan wich made it hot inside. Aircon room will be advisable.

저희가 저녁 늦게 새벽 2시쯤 갔을때 닭소리가 울리더니 ㅋㅋㅋ
게스트하우스 바로옆에 양계장있었습니다...ㅎㅎㅎ;;;
새벽녁마다 울어대서 잠은 설쳤지만 그래도 2~3일되니까 익숙해지더라구요;;ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅋㅋ그것빼고 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

This a great hotel from which to experience Patong. Close enough to get to the beach or nightlife easily, but far enough away to find peace and quiet when you need it.
