Check in was smooth, staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and was able to work from room with no issues.

Older Hotel but clean, Great Service and central location.

Staff were kind and accommodating, as would be the standard in Fiji. Hotel is generally a bit tired but rooms large and comfortable. Location is good. Cleaning was not daily. Korean restaurant on the top is a big bonus. As a business hotel it is ok not to have a pool or a gym, but really, no internet (to speak of) is not ok. This is not because it is unavailable (aforementioned Korean restaurant has great signal even when they are closed, expert hack, and you can even pull from the Tanoa hotel 200 meters away), but due to a lack of investment and that’s a shame.

I know we were on Fiji time but we gave up waiting for breakfast after 45 minutes. We had things to do.

The Capricorn Hotel is basic but pleasant and its central location makes it a handy economical option in the CBD.

The room we stayed, noisy wooden floor, bed bugs and terrible parking! We got blocked in by 2 cars and had wait for half an hour for the driver to move his car so we could drive out! For the price we paid! Not happy!!

The services were not up to standard. The students that are there on work experience should have the rooms they clean checked by a supervisor. Somedays we were not left toilet paper or bath mat. I had to keep asking for these. The two cup and saucer that in the room when we arrived were not replaced when the room was cleaned. At one stage I was drinking my cup of tea out of the milk jug which came on the breakfast tray. Three days of the week we did not get any cereal yet we had a jug of milk on the tray. The Television had a poor reception. The last day we were getting channel one on all of the first three channels. The floor could have done with a dry dust mop or a wet mop. We liked the balcony which we could open
and allow fresh breeze to flow through. The staff that we did deal with were very helpful and willing to provide for our needs when asked.

I like the view and the rooms
But i didnt like the service and there is no bar and breakfast is poor

The room wasnt what i expected. Iwanted a presidential suite but was offered a 2 bedroom dirty room.
Not worthwhile booking
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
