Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare l'isola, vicina a numerosi ristoranti e supermercati.
Camera molto ampia,moderna e pulizia eccellente.
Staff sempre professionale e gentile.
Parcheggio dedicato ma c'è comunque possibilità di parcheggio anche nelle vicinanze

Cons:

Colazione varia e abbondante ma la qualità, soprattutto della parte dolce, potrebbe essere superiore dato l'ottimo livello della struttura

Lage des Hotels, sehr schöne Zimmer, Poolbereich, jeweils 2 Liegen vor dem Zimmer, gratis Badetücher für den Strand, direkter Strandzugang. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Abendessen (Buffet) konnte kurzfristig ohne vorherige Buchung in Anspruch genommen werden.

Lovely hotel in a good location.
Pros:

We were very impressed with the hotel. Immaculately clean, very comfortable rooms, good facilities, very helpful staff and good location. We enjoyed the little spa on the day when the weather wasn’t good and the rest of the time we enjoyed the pool area. Right on the beach and lots of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Only 10 minutes (and €15) to the airport in a taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and luxurious.

Cons:

Completely selfish I know but quite a lack of staff that speak English. Again, just an observation but too quick to remove plates from wonderful restaurant tables leaving partner eating on own.

Coeliac Paradise in Lanzarote

Staying at Las Costas was like a big hug. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by happy staff who could not do enough to meet our every need. The room, towels, robes, toiletries were of the highest standard, the view magnificent and the bed sublime. The facilities were easily available at no extra cost- changing rooms and bathrooms poolside were immaculate. Towel service outstanding. Location in the beach was heavenly. Being a coeliac, I have never felt more care for than I did at Las Costas. The chefs each evening helped me select a gluten free meal and I had so much choice! The breakfast was equally excellent.Food at the poolside bar was impeccably presented and as a coeliac I had no issues whatsoever. This hotel is a rare find with outstanding management and staff. We cannot praise them enough
