Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer gepflegten Anlage an bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal zum Schwimmen im Meer und in der Nähe hat es viele Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Zuden liegt Puerto del Carmen auch sehr gut für all die Ausflüge, die man auf der Insel machen kann.
Das Buffet (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist sehr vielfältig und auch sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Vor dem Zimmer hat es 2 Liegen und Tisch mit Stühlen. Schade dass man nur an die nächste Wand sieht. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer mit Aussicht wählen.

Wir haben uns im Hotel Las Costas sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, in ruhiger Strandlage, dennoch mit der Möglichkeit ganz in der Nähe Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen, ist sehr angenehm.
Auch das Frühstück- und Abendessenangebot erwies sich als positiv hinsichtlich Auswahl und Zubereitung.

i would have enjoyed much more, if i was nearer the lift , as mobility scooters are no allowed

Cons:

anyone with disability , walking may be a struggle , if you cant walk far , being nearer to the reception near lift would be the better place to stay

A wonderfully relaxing week by the beach with fantastic service and friendly staff
Pros:

Fantastic location right by the beach with excellent pool facilities and lovely outdoor areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread offered a great variety every morning

Cons:

Wi-Fi connection was a bit poor. Drinks at the bar was on the expensive side
