Pros:

Der gute Standort, sichere Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit

Cons:

Inzwischen wird kein Frühstück mehr angeboten,
durch die Baustelle nebenan ist frühmorgens schon Baulärm

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich nur für Rucksack Touristen geeignet, die 1 Tag auf Durchreise sind. Bei schlechtem Wetter
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind gute Lokalitäten zum frühstücken und Abendessen.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Kein Schrank um Kleidungsstücke / Wäsche für einige Tage unterzubringen, man muss alles im Koffer lassen ausser Kleidung die man auf einem Bügel mitgebracht hat. Keine Klimaanlage ! Bei hohen Temperaturen ( bei uns 3 Tage über 30 Grad ) kaum auszuhalten.
Der Gartenbereich ungepflegt ….. eine tote Ratte lag die Tage einfach so rum…..Aschenbecher könnten zwischendurch auch ruhig mal geleert werden!,

Gerne wieder aber nicht zur Strasse

Es gab kein Frühstück, was bei dem Preis völlig in Ordnung ist, zumal die dargebotenen Kekse köstlich waren. Der Kaffee könnte aber selbst in dieser Preis Klasse etwas besser sein. Pappbecher völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Aussage einer Rezeptionisti zufolge wird die Wäsche nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Ich finde es erstens bei der Hitze und in Abwesenheit einer Klimatisierung nicht in Ordnung und zweitens gehört eine solch ungewöhnliche Regelung klar und für den Buchenden unübersehbar bei Buchung erkennbar.

Für Berlin war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.
Pros:

Für Berliner Verhältnisse wahrscheinlich gar nicht so schlecht für den Preis. Vom Bahnhof mit der Straßenbahn schnell zu erreichen. Direkt an der U 9.

Cons:

Kleines Bad. Alter Aufzug mit 5cm Einstiegs Stufe. Im Sommer heiß.

Pros:

Ubytování odpovídalo ceně, ale obecně bylo fajn. Velmi jednoduchý hotel a funkční, i když relativně obyčejné vybavení. Ráno byla zdarma k dispozici káva nebo čaj, vcelku ochotný personál.

Cons:

Bohužel v době veder dost chyběla klimatizace, také podmínky pro parkování nejsou s větším autem ideální. Ale tio nejsou zásadní vady. Spíš lokalita není vhodná pro bázlivé lidi – přece jen Kleiner Tiergarten je večer plné feťáků a bezdomovců.

Goede locatie maar te warm tijdens hitte golf.
Pros:

Personeel was gewoon prima.
Locatie is als uitvalbasis is top.
Dichtbij metro en tram en daarnaast nog meerdere buslijnen.
Ook voor een boodschapje bij DM of Kaufland zitten beide op loop afstand.
Koffie, water, thee mogelijkheid bij de receptie was aangename verassing dat dit beschikbaar was.

Cons:

De kamer temperatuur. Met buiten 30 graden is er op een raam wat je kan open zetten geen ventilatie.
Er is geen airco (dat wordt ook niet beweerd) maar er is dus ook niets wat iets van verkoeling kan geven.
Kamer zou met een simpele plafond ventilator al een behoorlijke verademing zijn.
Totale cijfer is dus grotendeels gebaseerd op temperatuur van de kamer, al stond er maar een simpele ventilator etc. Als het niet zo warm was geweest buiten (en dus ook niet zo warm op de kamer) dan had cijfer een 7 a 8 geweest.

Sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Der Garten war sehr unordentlich, es sah ziemlich runtergekommen aus.
In den Zimmern hörte man alles von außen am Gang, ich konnte kaum schlafen.

Pros:

Apsolutno ništa.

Cons:

Ništa mi se nije svidjelo i prevarili su me, ne žele vratit novac, a nisam ni odsjeo u hotelu.
Na parking se ne može pristupit automobilom, soba koja je na slikama i u stvarnosti nije ista, sramota, kao i posluga koja nije ljubazna.
