Large, clean and tidy room.
Severely let down by noise from adjacent nightclub. Should have been told to bring earplugs.

One entire side of the hotel is next to a nightclub. I’m currently writing this review in a room on the 6th floor with 75db of club music set to continue until 5am (sound level measured with a db messing iPhone app). Do not risk being put in this same situation on a Friday or Saturday night, and just DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Bed was not the best, no doona just two sheets with a blanket in between and a very thin mattress cover under the bottom sheet.
The room and couches / chairs very dusty and felt unclean
I don’t really understand why we had to have a $100 hold on our credit card when we paid in full on check in

Lighting was really bad, the night club attached should be at the top of any advertising because I had no idea til we got there and we had 2 kids and had just drove 9 hours and had to drive back straight away so lake of sleep wasn’t good. The aircon/heater wasn’t working. It was freezing and only had a little rug (no quilt or big blanket)
Incredible location - easy to walk to most places in CBD and Southbank
Staff did not help with parking so we did not get a discount - an oversight by us but also staff did not mention. We also got told if we show are guest card we will get a discount at the bar upstairs but although they said a discount was applied there was no discount. On a Monday night also, there was a nightclub nearby that did night stop playing music until 5am and kept us awake.

Parking is easy, staff were wonderful, very accommodating and the surrounds location wise is top notch
Clean, comfortable, facilities very good and location fabulous.
The nightclub on the first floor was an issue regarding sleep. Sound proofing dulled the sound somewhat, but not sufficiently.
The room was spacious and clean - easy to get to.
It is above a nightclub so you hear music until 5 in the morning. The adjoining rooms are not sound proof so can hear neighbours tv clear as day.
Location was Excellent near Bank place and Collins Street. I found I was within 100m for most of my meetings.
Location of bath taps is perhaps a little awkward.
