Hamilton Beach Nevis
Pros:

Spacious condo. Kind check in staff. Always available to help arrange taxis. Restaurant on property. Offers breakfast, dinner.
Great water pressure after being in pool and ocean. Beautiful landscape. Easy to get anywhere on the island. 5 minutes to water taxi.

Cons:

Beach wasn't clear like most of the Caribbean. If you walked down a bit it got clear again. Just a bad spot. Pool was different. Very shallow then deep, hard for kids. It is a dark color but was clean!

Overall great stay.
Pros:

Great location, nice beach, extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious with nice kitchen. Very clean. Convenient to have a restaurant on site and a few more walking distance.

Cons:

Poor workmanship: balcony door was hard to open, dishwasher was loose. Pickleball court baseline is about 1 ft from wall and bushes, so cannot play a proper game. Groups from cruises often came to the beach occupying most beach chairs.

You really need a car. Both to see the island properly and try some great restaurants which are not in walking distance.
Pros:

Location was great, wonderful beach, helpful and friendly staff. The Yachtsman Grill, while not part of the hotel, was great and staff there were exceptional.

Cons:

The pool was disappointing. As a result we only swam in the sea, but this was no hardship as sea and beach were excellent. TV was a bit challenging until you got used to the slow internet speed.

Dont bother, plenty of other hotels on the gorgeous beaches of the island.
Pros:

The beach was beautiful and the apartment comfortable

Cons:

Shower heads were thick black mould, room did not lock securely, housekeeping dumped all cleaning gear on patio 2 hours before check out so it could not.be used in a relaxing manor. No food or drink available on site while we stayed as the restaurant/ bar was being refurbished. Reception were not open to complaint when spoken to and turned to address another guest in the middle of conversation. Hotel did not respond to booking.com when they highlighted my concerns afterwards. Appears Hotel does not care about their customers.

Pros:

Had a nice villa to stay in for a few days. Having kitchen and laundry in the villa provides ease and convenience for the stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Yachtsman grill was closed for work, so we could not utilize the dining there on site, but plenty of options within a short drive.

What can I say 'Perfection' in Tropical Paradise !
Pros:

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very spacious room with absolutely everything you need for your stay.. The safety box - a new experience, it can also be locked with a key. Loved the beach/swimming !!
It's easy getting a bus into town - Cross over the road going right & flagg it to stop. I wasn't at a bus stop, when I saw it coming up the road passing Hamiltons ((I was walking up the road towards the roundabout as wasn't sure the bus came past Hamiltons- it does) : )

Amazing stay here! The property was phenomenal on the best beach in Nevis. The apartment condo was very nice and spacious with full kitchen, laundry etc… staff very friendly, provided quick service check in and check out. Location excellent close to everything, but car definitely recommend. Great restaurant on site. Highly recommend staying here!! Use I connect to transfer you and the rental car from St.Kitts and Nevis

Pros:

Stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit. Wonderful balconey and view. Unit was clean and spacious. Not much cookware available but we did not cook while there. Was able to get prime and netflix to work but had trouble getting regular service. Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Great location but you need a car or taxi driver to explore the island. Staff were very helpful. The apartment was excellent. Pool was good for cooling down in. Other restaurants within walking distance.

We LOVED this place! Great location, wonderful villa accommodations! The beach is so chill! Very relaxing and quiet. We went just after high season ( mid- June) so it wasn't crowded at all.

Pros:

The villa was very spacious, the area around it was nice and overall it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
The staff wasn’t the most talkative of friendly but it wasn’t terrible.
Communication was bad though, we didn’t know they could have the fridge stocked prior to our arrival and they never mentioned, we learned of this later reading guests reviews.
If you want to spend a few days just chilling this is a perfect place, just make sure you ask them to stock your fridge in advance as there are no shops nearby and the bar is closed on Tuesdays.

Superb
Pros:

We loved the staff, our room was super spacious. The TV at night was hard to figure out and didn't allow casting from cellphone but that is a minor problem on such a beautiful island. The resort was beautiful and the beach was a dream although the waves are rougher on this side compared to Nevis. The property did have 2 pools but they did not appear as advertised [again slightly minor issue with such a lovely beach on the property but it would have been nice to swim in the pool without being surrounded by bushes and bugs]. So I would give them a 9 out of 10 for those two minor issues that may not be an issue for other guests. We would stay here again. The grill on the property is totally worth it and the food was Michelin star worthy, so fresh and the staff was amazing.
