The room lacked direct sunlight as it was on the ground floor. It also lacked character and coziness.. no decoration, poor quality of lighting and the bathroom.

The front desk staff are extremely kind and go above and beyond to help. Check-in is available 24/7, and after check-out, you can leave your luggage until you depart. The room isn't very modern, but it's acceptable—perfectly fine for a stay of a few days. The bus and metro stations are close to the hotel, as are several shops.

Cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Très propre. Literie confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages durant la journée. Arrivée tardive le taxi depuis la gare est de 13 euros. Je recommande cet établissement . FLORENCE ROYER

Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé
Pros:

Ce que j’ai aimé :
L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un accès rapide et facile au centre-ville et aux transports. La chambre était confortable, propre et agréable. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant visiter Milan.

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

Pros:

Blisko metra, dość blisko Milano Centrale. Hotel bardzo czysty, pościel i ręczniki bez zarzutu. Klimatyzacja i wentylator dawały radę w 40 stopniach. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Trochę brakuje małej hotelowej lodówki, zwłaszcza, źe hotel nie ma w ofercie śniadania.
