We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a nice view. Overall, a good experience and value for money. Staff Nishantar was very friendly and helpful ✨
Beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely and as well the outdoor area. We booked a message as well last min and it was by far the best aryuvedic message, we felt so relaxed and at peace. The food was not the best, but overall great hotel and close to Yala national park.

Staff were great, really helpful. Specially Dhammika was excellent. Food was really delicious. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was good.
Stunningly designed resort and grounds + very attentive and engaging staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms are a whole spa zone in themselves as a step apart from most. Pool and other facilities are excellently maintained. The food was good with a fair amount of variety. Staff were extra helpful with kids. Wish we could have stayed even longer to enjoy all of the extra facilities and spa .
Love your stay here. Definitely the best place to stay. Must visiting if going to Yala national park. The food, the hospitality, the service is beyond exemplary. The true feeling of Sri Lanka.

We had a great time here . We spent two night . The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious. The staff was extremely kind attentive and courteous. Mr. Gimhan in the restaurant was particularly helpful and went out of his way to help us out . The food was innovative and excellent. I would unhesitatingly recommend this resort.
Visited the hotel for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Ravidu during dining. He made us feel special and gave very personable service
We had a wonderful time having breakfast in this very nice hotel with our waiter Ravindu. He has been extremely polite and helpful, and the time we were here he made aure we had everything we needed. The hotel is nice, the room are super spacious and all the staff members were super nice, but Ravindu went the extra mile and made us feel like home. Thank you!

Thank you Upul for treating us so well in the Bar restaurant, where we ate and had a drink every day. We had a great stay for two days.
Not everything goes to plan on a vacation but great hotels sort matters out to guests satisfaction whilst poor ones don’t, and Chaarya clearly falls into the latter category
They lost an expensive set of riding gear in their washing service which severely impacted the remainder of our cycling trip
After many excuses they offered an insulting compensation which was rejected and they then stuck their head in the sand
Notwithstanding spending 3 nights here our room wasn’t serviced and I could go on…..
Until guests stop going here sack hotels like Chaarya will treat guests with disrespect so if you want a. Stress free holiday don’t stay there
There are lots of wonderful hotels in SL, just not Chaarya
