l’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stato l’ingresso e, in generale, l’estetica della struttura, che dà un’ottima prima impressione.

Cons:

hotel molto bello all’ingresso e nelle aree comuni, ma purtroppo la camera mi ha deluso. per il prezzo che ho pagato mi aspettavo molta più cura.

il bagno era poco curato: alcuni supporti metallici per gli asciugamani erano quasi staccati dal muro e mancavano anche alcune piastrelle all’interno della doccia. sono dettagli che danno subito l’impressione di una manutenzione trascurata.

inoltre mancavano alcune cose che considero essenziali. il frigorifero era completamente vuoto: in piena estate almeno una bottiglia d’acqua sarebbe stata un’attenzione molto apprezzata. anche il dispenser dello shampoo mi ha lasciato davvero perplesso: sembrava quasi solo acqua mescolata con un po’ di prodotto, quindi di fatto inutilizzabile. in un hotel che dall’esterno si presenta come molto elegante, trovare in camera una bottiglia di shampoo in queste condizioni lascia una pessima impressione e fa sorgere dubbi su come sia stata gestita prima del mio arrivo.

alla reception sono stato trattenuto più del necessario mentre facevo alcune semplici domande, allungando inutilmente i tempi.

peccato, perché l’hotel fa davvero un’ottima prima impressione. purtroppo, una volta entrati in camera, ci si accorge che la manutenzione e la cura dei dettagli non sono all’altezza dell’immagine che l’hotel trasmette. nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato, non ritengo che il soggiorno sia valso la spesa.

Sehr nettes Hotel für Städtereisen in dieser Umgebung.
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend, sehr nettes, freundliches Personal, konnten unsere Gravelbikes in der Tiefgarage abstellen die Videoüberwacht wurde. Für uns was die Lage ok, weil wir auf der Durchreise waren, Pizza Restaurant mit guten Pizzen in 8 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Il personale si è sforzato di essere cortese.

Cons:

Prezzo sproporzionato mi hanno fatto pagare per due persone per un loro errore chiedendo anche i soldi della colazione da parte alla doppia tariffa ho pagato anche il caffè sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare la direzione è concentrata solo su come prendersi più soldi dal cliente senza un minimo di attenzione per ciò che dovrebbe offrire.Da evitare in zona c'è di molto meglio a molto meno costo.
