The receptionist was very helpful. He gave me a lot of information about things to do on the island and offered to take photos for me. Since I was traveling alone, this was really heartwarming.
From the parking lot to the hotel front desk, you need to pull your luggage there yourself, which is particularly troublesome because the road is full of small stones.

The whole property and garden is super nice and very peaceful. Especially the view is nice and there are dozens of options to calm down during the day.
Three major downsides for us:
- some staff members are not really friendly in our opinion
- the reception is bad and sometimes the WIFI doesn’t work -> for remote workers kinda unacceptable
- You have to order from the breakfast menu and you are limited in the amount you order. We are two girls and still sometimes felt that we would have loved to eat a second slice of bread (which would have been charged)

This is a truly beautiful estate surrounded by the authentic charm of Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a curly-haired gentleman at reception, whose kindness and hospitality really elevated our entire stay. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The property itself reflects the peaceful and elegant atmosphere of the island, and you can truly experience the essence of Mallorcan lifestyle and cuisine here. We especially enjoyed the dinner experience, and I would recommend trying the cold fish dish — it was very well prepared and memorable. Overall, the team was attentive and responsive, and they made efforts to address concerns in a thoughtful and constructive way. A lovely place to relax and experience Mallorca's unique character.

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always so attentive; they really made us feel welcome. The whole property itself is beautiful, with a stunning atmosphere that makes it so easy to truly relax and unwind. The room was spotless, very spacious, and extremely comfortable, everything was just perfect. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
