I stayed in room 102 and found this damp & dirty.
Pros:

Damp & dirty and girls cleaning the rooms were told to uses the same sheets as much as possible and the bed linen was changes once a week. The people who I met told me not to eat in the restaurant as they got bad tummys from the food which was great advice. Overall it was just a place to get my head down but the cost for 20 nights was £633 which was over the top for this hotel, I stayed in better places in colva for less??

Rude and unfriendly receptionist and bad rooms
Pros:

Very poor customer service, unbelivably rude receptionist, unqualifed hotel manager was what i experienced during my 13 days stay at this hotel. The room is rubbish. Old, not clean room and by the way i stayed at their "Superior room". Restaurant stuffs were nice and friendly.
The hotel location by the beach is great. Generally i do not recommend this hotel at all.
