Very nice rooms, clean facilities, and friendly staff
Pros:

The laundry facility was clean, roomy and had good machines. The price was reasonable. The door locked and I felt comfortable leaving my clothes and returning to my room.

Nice hotel, iffy neighborhood.
Pros:

Easy access to room. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There were a lot of people walking driving etc around the property. I had to walk the dog at night and was a little nervous.

Convenient stop on the way to the Grand Canyon.
Pros:

It had two chairs and a microwave and fridge, and decent wifi. The hot water temperature in the shower was perfect! Very low price!

Cons:

The floors were not clean, and the toilet was not cleaned. The location was a bit noisy near the road, but I still got a decent night sleep.

Cons:

Had to leave the next morning to do a job and when I got back to the hotel my room door was wide open, before I left to do the job I looked for a DO NOT DISTURB, come to find out the cleaning maid opened the door, it made me mad BUT I kept my cool.
