Air was fine. Pool was empty and unusable. Walkways were dirty. Furniture in room need to be updated. Staff including maids were cordial and friendly.
There were roaches, the staff was very rude. There were 2 roaches on the counter top. Place was smelly as the air was turn off. It looked like they were dointg remodeling and left some unfinished work and still rent it out. It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm. I was trying to CA. But the rude cashier said i can but i was already charged by Expedia. Very very discussed.
It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in at around 4 pm.
The pool is not accessible.
They do not have a breakfast available. They told me that the guy quite that morning but when i asked some of the guest that stay longer they stated that there has not been a breakfast available.
Loud. People are here long term and are loud and drinking outside.
Only enough towles for one person even though we had a double bed.
Fridge and microwave did work.
Stairs are broken so be careful.

The pool was dirty. Tv didn’t work, had to change rooms. Bugs in our room. Nasty won’t go back and won’t recommend to anyone. Pictures lie.

It was disgusting. Room was for 2 adults and one child with only 2 sets of towels. Curtain in bathroom had rust and mildew. Hair from some other person was all in the bathroom floor and walls. 2 double beds were more like 2 twin beds shoved in a space no biggest than a closet. No maid all weekend. This place is the nastiest place that I have ever stayed at, and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to stay here, and I should be fully reimbursed. My son wanted to swim, but I feared that he would be contaminated by something in the water. The reason why I am giving the title as a Worker's Paradise is because the only other persons there were nasty contruction workers.
False advertisement, rooms nasty,door jam broke from being kicked in. States has a pool , no water in pool. Overall property very nasty. Broke windows just tsped to hold glass together,been that way for a while,can tell by tape. My opinion is not have this property listed.

O.M.G. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TROOPS I HAVE MADE!! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN SHREVEPORT!! The toilet didn't work I had to get a plunger to plunge it myself. The shower curtain was falling down and the shower hooks were so rusty I was afraid of getting tetanus if I had to put the shower curtain back up. They tried switching me rooms but the problems with that room were even worse than a non working toilet. The air didn't work in that room wasn't the tv was broken. The tv in our room wasn't much better but at least it was semi working.
The staff was very helpful & gave me great accomodations.
The room is extremely small with no chairs. The A/C produced a very bad moldy smell. We purchased air freshener spray but this did not help. We had reserved for 2 nights but could not stay 2nd night due to smell. Staff refused refund for 2nd night or any other remedy. We had to pay to stay elsewhere 2nd night.
Our beds were dirty
the beds are hard and there was blue stain on the bed sheets. bug and little nats flying everywhere the front door was dirty with hand prints all over the shower was dirty and nasty. there is a hold where there used to be a smoke dector with wires handing out with no cover
