Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Location - transit population was horrible. Homeless hanging around our vehicle.

The room next door had music so loud while we were trying to sleep. It was loud all night into the early hours. We contacted front desk. They helped to get them neighbor to quiet down .

Atmosphere - We didn't know if our vehicle was safe with so many people hanging outside that were homeless. They watched everything we did.

The room was paid by my mother; we did not have any issues with the set up. The host made sure everything was taken care of and made us welcome/

This motel is in a bit of a shady area, when I arrived, I saw homeless people around, the key to room didn’t work, the door lock got stuck other time, the staff gave me wipes to fix it !!! I told her I’m tired of 10 hours of driving, she said I’m tired too ! Haha the shower is so bad that the water pressure is not even high enough to wash the face forget about rest of the body. Never going to this hotel again

I booked a king deluxe suite for our anniversary weeks in advance, when we got there they didn’t have my room. Gave us a room with 2 full size beds, cigarette burns on the blankets , no batteries in the remote, no refrigerator, no working lights in the bathroom. I’m done with motel 6

The 2nd room was OK after the repairs were made and the shortages were remedied.
Pros:

The front-desk personnel were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The maintenance man did the best he could, I think. The ice machine had ice every time we needed some.

Cons:

Our first room had a puddle of water below the refrigerator and the light over the sink did not work. It turned out that the light fixture had to be replaced. We changed rooms. The second room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. These were brought in. It also did not have a stopper for the bath. After some search, one was provided, but it did not work. We ended up buying a stopper at Wal Mart. The liquid used to clean the tile floor left a gray film on the floor that transferred to our feet/stockings. Some of the electrical outlets and most of the USB ports for charging our phones did not work. The ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work. I got the impression that there are not enough appliances for all the rooms, and that they have to be switched around. The water in the swimming pool was dark green.
