Clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location near Walmart, freeway. Newer TV. We really needed a fridge and they found one for us. Free dog policy appreciated as we were on an extended road trip with our dogs.
TV kept cutting out. Location was OK during day but homeless, drugged out folks loitering on street after dark. Small room.

Was quite noisy and to many people hanging around at all times of the night. And need personal coffee pots in the rooms so you don’t have to wait for the office to open to get it

While the hotel itself was very nice and clean, the surrounding parking lot was NOT. I'm not usually bothered by a "shady" type street person around a facility .... but this one had way more than it's share. I was worried all night my car would be broken into, but thankfully it was not.
It's a shame a nice motel has to deal with people ruining the whole experience.

The room was very clean and NO EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS GUEST, no hair and room was felt fresh :)
The headboard was shorting but that didn’t bother me much. The overall room was great!

The morning shift manager and the crew are way rude compared to the graveyard shift
We stayed here this past week. One night was enough for us and will NEVER go back. The guy at the front desk priced us at $193.00 and said that all motels/ hotels price higher because of holiday ( Memorial weekend ) By the time we showed up all 4 of us adults we thought it was pricey but by driving all day we were ready to get out of the car and relax. My parents talked to another lady a few doors down when they saw her outside and she told my parents she paid $65.00 for the same room we had. Our tv was pixelated Dad called the front desk and the young gentleman came to our room about an hour later because our tv wasn’t working. He couldn’t figure it out so he said he would have maintenance come and look at it and would also let the manager know to maybe get a room change. Neither one happened. We all 4 went to speak to the manager that next morning and my Dad said his words and all what happened and the manager said the young gentleman never told him. Which that same manager was there that night when all of this was happening. So who is lying. We don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you book there good luck you will need it!

The location is mid, but you're booking a Motel 6 and it's really close to Meow Wolf which was nice.

Easy to get to off the Interstate. Smoke parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good controllable heating/air conditioning.
No view of anything interesting.
The room was very presentable, you could smell the cleanliness and the staff was busy but friendly.
Whould have appreciated a grassed area for my service dog, especially being a pet friendly location.
The check in staff were very accommodating.
The room smelled strongly of cleaners, the floor was sticky and there was no mini refrigerator
