Pros:

The room seemed adequate when we arrived but there were no hand towels or wash cloths. I had to go to laundry RM and see a house person to get some, It's one thing to not have a refrig, coffee pot or microwave but not enough towels is too much, The office staff during the day is remote and you have to talk to them through a computer screen. yikes! Most importantly, whatever they are washing their room floors with needs to be changed. Floors are sticky, no rugs just vinyl. My feet were black from walking barefoot. It was a great price and location, adequate but could be much better.

Noisy, ghetto, and low standards. It’s a motel, not a hotel. There is a difference.

Can’t beat the location.

Cons:

Don’t look under the bed, you’ll find pet hair and human hair collected for years. Every noise is heard and people are coming and going all hours of the night. Dogs barking. The bed has injured my back. Sheets were stained. For $106 I expect more. Would have rather slept in my car or a tent. I won’t be back.

Gross, bugs, very poor customer service

Nothing i didnt like one thing about this place.
Got room and door was open already and bed looked like someone was already sleeping in bed, second room 4 roaches walking around , gross, i wanted my refund staff decline a refund, went to a different motel , the hell with this place SUCKS

Sporcizia e disservizi a due passi dal centro città
Pros:

La posizione è l’unico elemento di pregio di questa struttura, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Flagstaff e lungo la strada per il Grand Canyon e la route 66

Cons:

La struttura era sporca sia nelle aree comuni (mozziconi di sigaretta per terra nel corridoio della camera) sia nella stanza. La puzza aprendo la stanza era nauseante e mancava persino il phon per poter asciugare i capelli quindi abbiamo saltato anche la doccia. Piscina inavvicinabile.

The worst I’ve ever experienced.
Pros:

Bugs in room, ticks crawling on floor, hair in beds
Disgusting bathroom.
Horrible customer service and they wouldn’t refund our stay after we walked out the first 20 mins having to go find another hotel at 1030pm. Now I’m fighting for our refund because they already charged us full amount for the four night stay.

Cons:

Hire all new staff for customer service and cleaning.
