Not the way I expect Tom Bodett to allow a property to be run!!
Cons:

Dirty bed clothing, had to change rooms. New room had toilet and plumbing issues. Dirty grounds. Asked for rooms to adjoin and they were not even the same floor.

Great for what I needed, but probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

What I liked about about our stay was that check-in was fairly easy. The person assisting was very kind and even let us pick our room. I didnt realize that I had booked at "smoking" room and he helped us change that so better fit our needs.

Cons:

The room is okay, it needed a lot of cleaning and furniture had was damaged and overall the cleanliness was just not there for me.

Never will chose your hotel again
Pros:

Your rooms are back to back and neighbor from other room woke up at 3am, spoke loudly, dried hair at 4am. Zero respect for other people around

Cons:

Lights comes trough curtains, neighbors being so loud, no shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, towels seems dirty
