Motel 6-Albuquerque, NM - South - Airport

had such a great time, the hospitality was awesome and the staff were very friendly, also the homeless man out back provides free tours of the area⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars in my book also the motel is a convenient price for those who are needing a small get away for cheap

Horrible and Disgusting ! The room smelled like death and smoke. Blood and puss on walls. Dirty sheets on lopsided bed. Urine on toilets. I couldn't stay. Girl up front was laughing on phone when I explained that I could not say there. She said no problem that manager would issue refund next day. No refund ever sent. Uber that took me to a different hotel said the place was vey dangerous with lots of drug activity and prostitution so it was a smart idea to leave. Never received refund they refuse to answer phone and Motel 6 corp said the can do nothing.

This is an unsafe location, wish I could get my money back, it is unsafe and run down, mice in the walls, change the sheets, needs to be torn down and turned into a 7-11

Absolutely awful. Needle on the floor. Room hadn’t been cleaned. Soap was on the floor. Only had pillows on one bed and they were propped up like someone had been leaning on them against the wall. We left after two minutes. You couldn’t pay me enough to sleep there. On top of that it’s right on the highway and loud as anything.

I booked 3 rooms. One room had no door handle on the inside, no pillows on the beds, floors weren’t swept or mopped, there was also no toilet paper in the rest room. Front desk gave me another room, that room had no pillows on the bed and no towels. Front desk gave me 3 pillows with no pillow cases. A second room, had no lights in the restroom and the water did not work. The cleanliness of the rooms is terrible. Dirt and hair everywhere. Definitely do not recommend staying at this motel.

Room was dirty, smelly, no tissue paper, sink didn't drain, shower tub dirty with icky, slimmy grime, floor dirty with dirt and sticky, No heater!, heater didn't work, no table!, Too noisy with others/people with Loud music! People Walking around loudly at 2am, 3am, 4am!

Customer service could not check us in with the itinerary number. I had to call hotels.com , waited in total of 45min to an hour for help. I was also in the chat queue and it was a 255 minute wait and I was number 400. It took us over an hour to check in. We were on a bus from California for over 23 hours.

Staff person was very riude

This room was canceled before entering. There was no wifi. The hotel agreed to cancel and Leo at Expedia said he called and cancelled. At that time of cancelling this room Leo advised I had 5 duplicate and false accounts. I have a screen shot of Expedia when order placed showing no duplicates. Further none of the duplicate accounts sent a conformation. Does Expedia not have warning of listing same night? Leo tried to bill me $250 to cancel the 5 ($50 each)erroneous billing’s. When I complained he reduced it to $100. I have since contacted all hotels advising there is no $50 fee. This is a scam. I have visited the Expedia victim page and see this is not out of the ordinary. I will do everything in my power to reveal this scam

This place is dirty and feels sleazy. Checked in from the outside through a broken screen. Key didn’t work. Hunks of dirt on bedside table.
Hairs on the bed sheets. Things are broken and torn and many cigarette
burns. First time at a Motel 6. Just needed a quick night before a flight. Never again.

Blood on the sheets, burn holes in sheets, roach infested in bed,on floor, walls and ceiling. Also, in water cup when I got up in morning. Mold on bathroom ceiling, walls, tub and commode.
No bathmat. When you walked across the floor barefooted, one's feet would be black/brown due to filth. Door lock hard to operate. This place should be shut down by the city health department.
This is the worst room I have stayed in in all my years of travel. (50 plus) I have flown over a million miles all over the world. This was worse than any room I have stayed in any Third World countries.

So many things bad about this place, too much to list. I’ll be calling about it.
