Convenient. We’ve stayed there a few times. A no frills place to sleep after visiting family nearby.
Couldn’t shower because water fluctuated wildly between cold & very hot.. no in between. Let it run for a while but no consistency in temperature. Ended up standing on edge of shower & washing with washcloth. And no tv remote.. they brought 2 before one worked.

The woman at the counter took something I said out of context and proceeded to yell at me and threaten me instead of hearing my concern……
It’s set up like a prison in that office talking through a stupid plexi glass - everything echos and there is no privacy when you are talking to the person about your situation

How the staff was harassing us for what room we were in and basically said we were lying and kept coming knocking on our door dor no reason other to check who was in the room...
The hotel was close to our event site.
First time we have been to a hotel that didn't offer some form of shampoo/conditioner or Kleenex.
Location is ok. Staff is superb.
The bathroom walls were not the cleanest, there were specks of some unknown brown substance splattered on the walls.
The doorway into the bathroom is a trip hazard, in fact I did trip once and almost fell.
No water pressure, paint. Mold in the bathroom.
Didnt feel safe there at all. The amount of drugs being done in the parking lot, the people hanging out in the parking lot, the sign saying “for your protection keep door locked at all times” made us super nervous as we have never seen that at any hotel we have ever stayed at, no microwave or coffee, just overall couldn't wait to get out of there. Ive never felt so uneasy and uncomfortable before.

Nice, clean room. Wifi was good and shower was ok. Bed was comfortable. Microwave in reception and ice machine available. The Recptionist was friendly.

Room 122, the Hot water took a very long time to warm up and there was no water pressure …..
