Great location and staff was very friendly.
No coffee machine or fridge in the room.
It was ok.
They cpuldnt find our reservation and almost did not have a room for us even though I paid already. It took 30 minutes to check in. No ice machines. Pool was gross but its monsoon season. Bathroom door was broken and wouldnt close.
It was clean and comfortable.
Heavy freeway traffic noise.
The bed is too soft
Close to freeway and allowed dogs
Big grassy area outside our room - no dogs allowed - kids played kick ball all night into everyone’s door. No micro wave, no refrigerator, no ice maker.
Charged a $20 dog fee and a $50 refundable charge that I still haven’t gotten back.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.
Room was not cleaned properly, smelled very musty, towels smelled musty, toilet ran all day and night. Person upstairs from us was up all night moving back and forth making loud noises. Water pressure was very low, due to obvious build up on shower head. Outside area and stairs were extremely dirty.
Location was perfect. I really appreciated the elevator. I did not get to use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. I did not have any issues with excessive noise.
Everyone I saw there hated the check-in and out process of using a kiosk screen pointed at a guy in India. I was offended by it, and so were at least 4 other families that I saw. I got checked in by an actual staff member and it took half the time. (She had to jump in and help when the check ins were starting to get backed up, because the Russian guest and the Indian kiosk guy couldn’t communicate and were just saying “what? What? What?”Back and forth forever.). When I had questions about the broken ice machine, the kiosk employee tried to answer them for me, though it was clear that this should have been handled by a real staff member. This was a huge miss, and I would have chosen a different hotel due to this.
I arrived at night, past dark, and did not inspect the room for cleanliness before going to bed. In the light of the morning, it became clear that my bed was full of dog hair. There was no dog hair in the second bed. Neither of us traveler have animal allergies, so this could have been a much worse situation for another traveler.
The shower enclosure left a lot to be desired - the curtain and the lip to keep the water in were both a little too short, so water ended up all over the floor in both corners of the room. (We the travelers are both tidy adults, not splashing toddlers, so I venture to say we did nothing wrong.) I can imagine this causing problems with the flooring and possibly leading to worse things like mold.
The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. There was not very much parking. All 3 ice machines were broken - two were labeled out of order, and the third just cranked and did nothing when I attempted to use it. Since there is no in-room refrigerator, this was a problem for me. I would have chosen another property if I had known, since this property doesn’t offer many amenities (no breakfast, in-room coffeemaker/fridge/microwave, or gym.
Room smelled. For being pet friendly, there were very few location to take pets to relieve themselves. Big grassy area, but covered with no pets signs.
