Front desk people were so nice and helpful
We were comfortable.
The room wasn't cleaned good enough
I didn't see as tho there was any breakfast. I had some coffee. It was awesome
I have used Motel 6 Prescott Az many times throughout the past 20 years. The rates are descent. And the rooms have always been fairly clean up until now. I rented a single room for 1 person. 2 knights. There were little ants in the room on the floor and there was a cockroach by the bathroom. Not dead. Almost..maybe. also there were little black hairs on the bed that definitely not mine. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. I was told that unfortunately that was not an option. The desk clerk did come and spray ant spray. But by the AM there was another small cockroach in the bathtub. Just disappointed with Motel 6. I have worked at other hotels cleaning rooms and we would at least go in and leave fresh towels and make the bed if it was a stayover. I did not receive this service. The price was descent but the cleanliness was disappointing. This will more than likely be my last visit to Motel 6 in Prescott Az. I visit My children and Grand children there quite often however I will seek other accommodations from here on out.
I stayed in room # 129 7/25 - 7/27
After completely screwing up our check-in by giving us a 1-bed room when we had booked a 2-bed room, they did give us 30% off of our bill. (The only reason for the 2 star review, instead of 1 star) Robert, the desk clerk who we dealt with, was nice, but I will NEVER understand how they didn't have a 2-bed room available for us when we booked it weeks in advance. Absolutely unacceptable.
The woman who booked us in (Jo) was miserable. She did not want to be there...and told us so a few times. Could not wait to go home. She was rude, and not only that - she totally screwed up. We booked two double rooms - 2 rooms with 2 beds - and when we checked in, she gave us one room with two beds, and one room with one bed. When we went to the office to address the situation and get another two-bed room, we were told that they didn't have one available. Robert, (the desk clerk), was very sorry, but there was nothing we could do. He even said that, because it was booked through a third party, (Booking.com) there was nothing they could do about it. Booking.com did nothing wrong. My receipt is correct - two, 2-bed rooms. We had to scramble, sleep on floors, etc. They did give us 30% off of our bill, which was nice, but we couldn't care less about that. The hotel was old, tiny rooms, didn't smell great, and then to top it off, some in our party had to sleep on the floor.
The attendant at the desk was nice.
The room by far was the worst. The room smelled like cigarette’s and rotting trash. Each bed had a side next to a wall because the room was small. Might not of been a big deal but the walls were dirty. The soap on the bathroom counter was half used. It was just really gross.

The staff was super kind, especially the Assistant Manager; the vending machine was reasonably priced and easily accessible along with the ice.
There was no fridge in the room, which led to using the ice machine to keep food in a small cooler cold; and there were very few outlets to be able to plug in anything like a phone charger without first unplugging something else.
The pricing was good and the bed was comfortable
We didn't like finding three roaches in the room. I didn't say anything because i'm sure they know.
no electric plug, no light above the bed. actually it was broken. door does not lock properly. it needs remodeling
Staff were friendly
The property is run down and our room was horrible. Had to shoulder check the door, which was warped to open it. Bathroom door was rotted through on the bottom. The "suite" was more like a storage room with a bed. Bare floors and walls, felt more like a higher class jail cell. The TVs worked but the guide did not match the channels, so you had to scroll through channels to find a program. Here's the kicker. $560 for ONE NIGHT. Yes, it was the last room in town, and I understand supply and demand, but this price was outrageous.
