Motel 6 Thornton

The room was trashed like it was never even picked up, the ac didnt work, the toilet was clogged, and to top it off the tv didnt work either. Went to the office and waited for staff for a hour to come and change my room a whole hour even though the sign they put up said 15 minutes..

My experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing and humiliating. After waiting over 30 minutes at the front desk in a very hot lobby, I checked the room for only a few minutes and immediately realized it was not what I expected. I did not feel comfortable with the room, the environment, or the overall condition of the property.
When I politely asked to leave and requested a refund of my $61 deposit, the front desk employee refused to help, refused to explain the cancellation process, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he dismissed my concerns and used the fact that my partner had briefly used the restroom after a long drive as a reason to deny assistance. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and completely let down by the customer service
What made the experience even more upsetting was that the employee took out a camera and started recording me in front of other guests waiting in the lobby. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and made me feel humiliated. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and completely let down by the customer service.

Additionally, I am requesting a full refund to my credit card. I did not actually use the room and was inside for only about 5–10 minutes before deciding to leave. The room was not used for an overnight stay, and I left immediately after determining that the property did not meet my expectations. Given the circumstances and the treatment I received, I believe a full refund is fair and justified.

There was no towels no hot water no toilet paper no AC

Nothing. It was dirty. There was no soap, toiletpapir or towels.
The loft lamp was broken. The lamp above one bed was broken. The cover for the electrical outlet was missing. The ventilation cover I. The bathroom was sitting onto of the lamp which was also broken. There was a tile missing in the shower. All the rods for the towels were missing/broken. By far the worst hotel room I have ever seen. You should be ashamed to rent it out

Ya head to change rooms 3 times before we got a somehow decent room . The guy at the front desk asked us for a 60$ for one night . Motel 6 never asks for deposits. The first room they gave us didn’t have a tv, the bed was stained, there were no towels in it . Basically a bed and a table . The second room has a tv but no remote and the smell in it was terrible straight up bleach smell everywhere, plus there was no blanket on the bed l. The third room we got they upgraded as to a two beds, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, the air vent was hanging , there were stains on the walls and just towels enough for one person . Our experience was horrible. How are you gonn ask ppl for a deposit when you’re offering ran down l, outdated rooms that barely meet any standard of a motel . Do yourself a favor and stay at any other motel 6, this by far was one of the most horrible nastiest ones. What a dump !!

We had no towels only two hand towels. I asked for towels about 8pm and got a phone call about 10;30PM saying the towels were ready. Exposed wiring from a vanity light and towel holder. There were several homeless people around. Right off the Interstate, so noisy. Smelled like pot, even though signs were posted. Supposably, the heat was controlled by controls on the machine, but there was a broken control on the wall. Price on-line was not the price advertised.

Facilities are deteriorated. Too many homeless people in the area and criminal activity near by.

I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED. ONLINE AND AT THE HOTEL. NEVER AGAIN
