L'emplacement près des plages et au calme, appt correct. La piscine et le coin bbq.

Cons:

La sdb petite, wc trés usagé, comme certain autre mobilier, des peintures écaillées, pas de terrasse juste 1 petite table et 2 chaises devant l'entrée où se garent les voitures. Séche linge en panne, gouttière qui fuit. Bref, un peu de rénovation et d'entretien serait nécessaire. Mais l'ensemble reste agréable.
