It was disappointing, the pictures on the website are misleading

La fachada se veía muy moderna

Cons:

Staff was not helpful, couldn’t get extra pillows or towels, rooms were dirty and hot, no ac available, hotel is very outdated, the towels were so old, my bedspread had stains as well as curtains. One curtain was completely shredded in a corner.

Cons:

El baño, la zona de la regadera extremadamente pequeño, sobre todo angosto estuvo muy incómodo bañarme y además muchas zonas con moho, el internet muy inestable tarde como 2 hrs en poder enviar un reporte de trabajo, cuando de manera normal lo hubiera podido hacer en 15 min, pero la señal iba y venía y no había manera de poder enviarlo,

Que no hubiera agua caliente y nos contestaron de mal modo que la estaban arreglando y cuando llego el agua les pedimos un poco de tiempo para bañarnos despues de las 12, que era la hora de entrega,, nos negaron este tiempo, y los empleados no fueron tan amables, otra cosa, eramos 3 personas y solo nos pusieron 1 jaboncito, una botellita de shampoo y una botellita de agua.
