Prima locatie om puerto te ontdekken.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, schoon en mooi uitzicht. Rooftop bar en zwembaden zagen er prima uit, maar hier hebben wij zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt ivm het weer.

Cons:

Parkeren in de buurt was lastig, alles was vol. Uiteindelijk een plekje kunnen vinden op 10 min loopafstand wat met een koffer natuurlijk niet zo handig was

Excellent in every way
Pros:

Absolutely tremendous hotel. There was nothing that we could fault or complain about. Whilst all staff are pleasant and helpful, special mention goes to Eduardo on reception, who was exceptional and Kelly in the pool bar. We will definitely return, hopefully later this year.

Que no me ayudarán con las maletas cuando pedí que me las guardaran cuando dejé la habitación. Lo normal es que ellos te las guarden .Tuve yo que cargar con todo buscando el cuartito

Nos encanto, volveremos
Pros:

Muy bien los desayunos, con variedad y cantidad.
La amabilidad del personal, hago mención especial a Daniel (recepcion) y a las chicas, de la limpieza.

Cons:

La ducha, le pongo un pero. La mampara no es capaz de retener el agua y moja gran parte, del baño.
Desconozco, si pasa igual en el resto de habitaciones.

Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster schließen sehr gut. Alles ist optimal zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hotel Pool auf dem Dach ist ein Traum!

Cons:

Frühstück war ausgeschrieben bis 10:00 Uhr, kurz vor zehn wurden die Kaffeemaschinen ausgeschaltet und um 10:19 Uhr kam bereits der Restaurantleiter und bat mich, den Frühstücksraum doch nun zu verlassen. Das hat mich doch etwas geärgert!

Globalement, très bon séjour dans un hôtel très bien placé à Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre et des restaurants le soir. Petit déjeuner très varié.
La piscine chauffée sur le toi avec vue sur le Teide

Cons:

Sol abîmé dans notre salle de bain (fuite douche)
La piscine ferme à 18h seulement donc pas pratique lors des journées de visite.
