Ofertan que tienen spa, pero no está incluido para huéspedes, y siendo huéspedes los precios son muy altos para lo que es. Nos dijeron que es una empresa externa. Deberían indicar que el spa es un servicio aparte, como el parking que tampoco tiene

A weeks stay at Af Hotel Valle Orotava
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. This is a well run hotel with very competent staff. Rooms cleaned daily and the breakfast was good buffet style, Although there was complementary tea/coffee surprisingly there was no bottled water on arrival, only that which was available through the minibar. Providing bottled water I think this gesture would add to the experience not detract from it as is the situation presently. Saying that we would return.
