Was good for the purpose of our trip of attending a wedding

Next visit will be much better. We will stay in the Pet friendly room, which has the divine scenery

Cons:

Air conditioner remote didn’t work on arrival. However, customer service gentleman told fast action and replace the remote within minutes.

Old and tired .. I had no towels or Bathmat , a vent in the floor you could see outside , tv kept turning off .. bedside lamp would not turn on .. then buzzed and switched on .. there is no signage that says panorama .. had no idea if I was in the right place .. reception doors would not open from car park

Great hotel, great location but need to improve.

Amazing Location

Cons:

Some of the other customers were quite disruptive — a few were very noisy, with children running around loudly, and others even brought dogs despite them not being allowed. The staff were very kind, but perhaps a bit too lenient, as they didn’t remind these guests to be considerate of others, which made our stay less enjoyable.

Pros:

Liked the size of the place. Being able to park front or back was good. Nobody was there. Very do as you please feel with lack of cameras, old school key to open up the door. Pool was shaded which is hard to come by. Owner was accommodating to change rooms as our room had views of the carpark

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay what we note was thatvtheres no elevators, Smelt like an old abandoned building, rooms need newer facilities(TV, Phone, Venetian blinds, etc). A Clean under furniture wouldn't hurt. our particular bathroom fan wasn't working and the place had bugs for days.(is in the hills so expected)

Tried 3 rooms to find one where tv kinda worked. With only ABC or SBS.

Fun but definitely not what the pictures looked like. Staff had no care and rooms were not even made up with towelsetc-

Place was definitely a lot more run down than advertised, staff went missing and we were basically left alone I.the buil

Beautiful stay at Panorama Retreat Kalorama
Pros:

A beautiful place to stay at, it's in the middle of a forest. Reasonable rate to stay at the Panorama retreat/resort. We had dinner in the gardens at the retreat (brought our own food), views that looked like a painting of forests. The rooms are comfortable, has air conditioning, comfortable mattress, fridge in room if you ask for it, huge shower. Got the pool to ourselves, so much fun on a warm evening. Great place to get away from stress and just relax. Beautiful scenic drives through forests. SO HAPPY after this weekend.
