Short stay at the beach with friends.
Pros:

Excellent location for the beach. Right on the beach and close to a patrolled location. Staff were quick to fix a minor problem. Short walk to groceries and various restaurants or to light rail with access to major shopping at Pacific Fair or the lesser Australia Fair.

Cons:

Apparent the "in thing" locally - no provision of coffee, tea, or even a minor amount of UHT milk. Shops are not far but ... really!!!?
Air-conditioning is only in the main area. I suspect even that would struggle on hotter days.
The balcony is adequate to sit with a chair but not suitable/no provision for even a small table if you were inclined to use it like that.

Best Place to be in MAIN BEACH.
Pros:

The views were amazing. Our three night stay was too short

Extremely stressful and depressing
Pros:

Nothing as we so upset. I have been using booking.com for over 15 years for all my bookings. This should not be on your list. $600 per night for a brothel. Trying to contact booking.com. Having no luck. Would appreciate if customer service could contact me.

Cons:

Absolutely disgusting and filthy, smelly. Have taken photos and video. Require a call from customer service, I have been booking my accommodation with booking.com for the past 15 years

Stunning location right on the beach ,very quiet & close to restaurants.
The pool & grounds were wonderful & well looked after

Pros:

A little tired and in need of a face lift, but value for money. Would suit a family budget holiday. Position is awesome me, right on the beach and close to Tedder Ave. apartment was large, air conditioned, plenty of hot water.
Staff were very hospitable and friendly. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.
