Pros:

What an amazing experience in a wonderful location of union market.We had a great time.And the experience was enhanced with the front desk clerk named Kamisha, who was extremely knowledgeable about the area - very informative about DC and extremely helpful as it relates to navigating the hotel and the services they provided. Kamisha is a superstar employee.The hyatt chain and family should be happy to have her work in this location in washington d c.I would love to get her to Atlanta, because the hospitality, she provided could be used there! Thanks Kam for being so heloful and accommodating!!!

Very reasonable hotel for price range.
Pros:

Devonte at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Room was spacious.
Check in/out was easy.

Cons:

The gym was very small and did not have enough/good equipment.
Breakfast was meh but included id always great!

Pros:

Everything. Location close to everything needed such as metro, restaurant options, cheap places to park. Personnel were great and friendly!! Price was incredible, given the fact that it was 1.2 miles away from center Washington !

Cons:

The breakfast was quite regular. Just the ordinary. The hotel can do better without much more investment for sure!

Exceptional Staff
Pros:

A group of gfs and I came in for the Cardi B concert and we were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from David, Mo, Mike, and Jerome. They made us all feel so safe staying in the city alone and were very knowledgeable about near by attractions and restaurants and they were all very kind!! They each made our stay exceptional! I have stayed in DC many times but never at the Hyatt and this will be my new go to hotel!!
