O hotel é um conceito mais self service. Mas é muito comodo, seguro. Benefício de ter restaurante 24hs e disponibilizar café da manhã satisfatório.

Cons:

O fato de só disponibilizarem cobertas se for solicitado, mediante pagamento de valor extra. A televisão do quarto nao funcionava.

Unica coisa que se destaca são funcionários simpáticos e educados.
Quarto com forte cheiro de mofo que parece estrutural do hotel, banheiro muito sujo com manchas de catarro na parede, os outros quartos também não tem isolamento acústico e escutamos as pessoas em momentos íntimos, o hotel não tem privacidade, realmente péssimo!

Cons:

Localização e vista da lagoa é maravilhosa.
Limpeza excelente.

Cons:

O acesso ao estacionamento do subsolo é bem apertado, só tinha um lado funcionando.
Só tinha um elevador social funcionando.
