I recently stayed at Shimona Lemon Tree Hotel and honestly had a really nice experience. From the time I checked in, the place felt warm and welcoming, and everything seemed well organised. The room was clean, comfortable, and properly maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed.

What stood out the most was the hospitality of the General Manager, GM Mr. Chandramouli. He was very friendly, approachable, and took personal care to make sure guests were comfortable. You don’t often see a GM interacting with guests so warmly, and his positive attitude clearly reflects in how the hotel team treats people.

The food was good, the surroundings were neat, and the overall environment felt calm and guest-focused. Of course, no place is ever 100% perfect, but the genuine care and friendliness here really made a difference.

I would happily recommend Shimona Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with sincere hospitality. Thanks to GM Mr. Chandramouli and the entire team for making the visit pleasant and memorable.

Hospitality was good.staffs are courteous to listen to your request and fulfill them.Housekeeping did a great job.The best part was the breakfast and I had beet root chutney which I tasted for the first time and felt wow.Overall I enjoyed my stay and will recommend.
