Rooms are average. But ther bar has good standard.

Sreekumar is deaf and non-speaking, but he is one of the most attentive and dedicated service professionals I have ever met. His communication through gestures, warm smile, and genuine care for guests is truly remarkable. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and anticipated our needs without us having to ask.

His positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service are inspiring. Lemon Tree is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member. Staying purpose hotel is very good as well as professional. Staffs are very humble and as well as professional. I really remember one of the specific one staff members named Mr. Sreekumar, he served me in bar as well as restro. He is very professional and take care of my diet.

Had an excellent stay, all the staff were very supportive and took good care.

We all went to Slounge with a group of friends after a long, boring day at the office, and the experience was truly wonderful. Sreekumar was exceptional—he welcomed us with a warm smile and regularly checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we wanted anything to eat or drink. His hospitality made our evening even more enjoyable.

Excellent Service, staff is very humble & polite

Stayed on a business visit hotel is good and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast spread was good and especially South Indian items like dosa, vada were served hot and crispy. Staffs are really working hard and carrying smile always on their face. Overall a good stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and the stay was comfortable.Rooms were good and spacious.Very convenient location.Staffs are very helpful and courteous.Overall a good stay.

Very disappointing stay. Basic amenities like soap were not provided in the room. We had booked breakfast and informed the receptionist the previous evening that we would be checking out early and were assured that breakfast would be arranged. However, nothing was provided at checkout.

The checkout process took nearly 20 minutes, even though there were no other guests waiting and it was only 6:20 AM. This unnecessary delay, combined with poor service and lack of attention to guest requests, left a very negative impression. I expected much better service from Lemon Tree Hotels.
